Fish used to be poor people food. Now, both imported & domestic fish are getting too expensive. At least in Northwest, a pound of catfish is $7, and tilapia is about $8 per pound. I wish I learned how to farm fish and have some money to start fish farming business.

Rapped ? It’s mostly plant based like soy and such.
There is no free lunch. As far as protein goes farm raised fish is the cheapest out there.
Also the parts of the fish not used in the fillets like the head and organs are used to make the feed.
