  • In this video I am showing to you how I polished the lenses of my binocular. Many people try to convince you to polish glass with toothpaste or baking soda, which is non-sense as toothpaste or baking soda cannot polish glass. You need some tools in order to perform the glass polish. Please watch the movie and give us a thumb's up if you liked it or leave a comment below and subscribe in order to receive my other interesting videos.
This is the kit used in the video:

I have the same glass polish and used it on my vehicle. It made the glass as clean as new. It even stripped away any rain repellants I had on it. These are the kinds of things that are difficult to remove just from washing it.

Hello, what was the order of grit you used? I didn’t catch anything but the 2000 grit. Thanks!

first one was probably 1000 or 1500, i suggest moving up by the smallest incriments of grit possible for the clearest finish

also put it on a mousepad or something instead of a hard surface so you dont create a flat spot and preserve the lense shape

try with high grits first as to not create more difficult scratches
