In time many around him are pushing him in that field asking him to be a guest I guess it's their way for him to gain a bit of confidence and experience.

Eric’s voice is so calm. The kind of voice you would want to put your earphones on and not be deaf after. I don’t get why other singers think that having a higher tone is more pleasing to hear, for me it is stressful to listen to and hurts my eardrums.
