They probably did this after they released "That's my jam". They didn't promote "that's my jam" so they had time for another korean and japanese comeback. After all the hiatus I don't think TS treatment towards B.A.P is still the same. Don't worry anymore fellow BABY!
B.A.P is very productive. They probably have a lot of rythms, beats and lyrics ready Just waiting to be released. Dunno but maybe Noir songs were ready since That's My Jam release and MAYBE Fly High would be part of Noir but they decided do make it a JP single. Me as a musician/composer can Tell : They might Have enought ideas for 4 single albuns or so
