Cyber Dragon Core is better than Cyber Dragon because you can use it with Brilliant Fusion and summon one from Deck effectively turning Brilliant Fusion into a 1 card out vs Kozmo

imagine if luster was a normal pendulum.....that would be completely broken since it would stop his bad monster condition and he would be search and summonable by painful decision & dracorivals and rescue rabbit
