Avalanche! My FAVORITE boss his voice and the fact that he was hard to beat was crazy! Everytime he did the slam on the ground it'd sound like he was saying YEAAAAAAA!!!!!
This track, although keeping the rock style of the Action themes, feels atmospheric due to the background choir. This makes it so the track is heavy but also grandiose. Makes sense when you think how the X-Men almost finished their mission by getting to Asteroid M early. The music sounds like "our journey is about to end!". But it didn't.

@Setzur yeah...when I'd attack with Nightcrawler's multi-teleport attack and a teammate's power at the same time, all I'd hear was "COMBO!" "COMBO!" and beat the crap outta them lol. the sound effects during the battle enhanced this track!
I always thought Avalanche killed himself at the end of this mission. The floor beneath him falls away and he just disappears. We don't see him again for the rest of the game or indeed the next one.

@@KnijMagz just listen to the beginning of the track before the fight starts, you will hear that they are both similar to each other. Same chords, different beat.

this is a kickass team (for avalanche and sabertooth) and plan, Storm, Gambit, Jubillie and Cyclops, First Weaken both sabertooth and avalanche. after a fewe minutes of that, fly storm back to the enterance in the boss room. your team will port to you, sabertooth will follow you, kill him there by pushing him off the edge, he will revive with only about 15% health left. avalnach will loss almost all his health and be at same place as saberroorh. after that, blow'em up.
It was a cool touch in the avalanche fight where if you knocked sabretooth over the edge into the lava he would just keep reviving himself and the music would turn on and off

lol my little bro and i were in the morlock tunnels, (i dont remember what part) and we kept using our powers on one dude it was al like COMBO!COMBO!COMBO!SUPER COMBO! and i was just at the mount, and i havent seen Pyro There, Why is that? it was sabertooth with him O_o
@isaacspirit Avalanche and Sabretooth? I'd just spam Teleport Flurry/Frenzy/whatever w/ Nightcrawler and beat the CRAP outta them :P Enemies could BARELY touch NC and Storm in this game, but Wolverine DID heal really fast, back in this game, so he was really good, too.
