I tried it and it just finished in a moment! Trust me, the recipe is a bomb. Even though it wasn’t red but completely purple but who even cares about the colour when the food is good😁
Ps. I had a small mould so Couldn't add the whole batter but i made pancakes with the rest of the batter which was tastier than the cake😛
And pro tip: try to use chocolate essence it makes the cake more rich

Hi, I followed your recipe and the cake came out super delicious and perfect colour. But there was a minor issue that when the cake was in oven it rise and when I took it out it sank. Why is it so...? Can you please help me out.

Don't worry.... Every sponge cake sanks a bit after taking out of the oven/stove....It's normal.

convective mode 1st pre heat in 180 nd bake the cake for 25 minutes approx

Substitute for white vinegar and buttermilk? And can you tell me how much time it will take if made in a stove?
It might take 10-15 minutes more than oven......You can use lemon juice/yogurt instead of vinegar to make buttermilk
