For example one of Ace Attorney’s songs “Pursuit ~ Cornered” has an intro a lot like this one’s but is significantly shorter, and I don’t really see people complaining that it’s bad. Shorter tracks can still be epic if they handle it correctly. I don’t know much about this fandom, but bad game releases I am VERY familiar with and is unfortunately a problem a fandom I’m in is dealing with right now. So I hope the music you want makes a hell of a comeback in the future if it hasn’t already

The reason is because they don't truly understand or connect to the emotion of the track, they connect to it's popularity but not the emotion, so they try to recreate it, make sound cool, but it almost always leads to disappointment, because they didn't understand the emotions or what inspired it's creation before they tried to remake it. That is why I said, don't wish that on us The creators of the Mortal Kombat film, knew they got everything perfect, that's why Lui Kang said Flawless Victory at the end of the film, instead of Faitality. They knew they did justice to the game and it's story, they got the perfect acters to play the characters, the perfect music to represent it and it literally was a Flawless Victory.

Also why I don’t listen to “Epic version”s of songs on RUclips their main goal is to sound cool and ultimately misses the entire point, or just doesn’t feel right. Like comparing Project Diva Future Tone to Project Diva F2nd, sure, the former has better graphics, but everything from colour scheme to emotional expression was better in F2nd. I wish I could say that this next statement wasn’t true but it’s happening EVERYWHERE, practically almost every storytelling medium (that’s a series) has had this issue at some point just not necessarily with the music. Edit: sorry for the amalgamation of ideas of what I wanted to say that is this comment. I’ll try to word things better next time

The reason this track is so awesome is because the woman who wrote it lived a shit life of being prayed upon by pisstaking "predators" this music is her decision on what she chose to do about it. Instead of giving up and dying, the pray became the predator. Unless you cam express that same feeling and decision you'll never be able to do this music justice.
