Dan is from Brazil he is a brilliant find. He started at 19 and will be 33 or 34. I'm a 70 yr old Grandma of 2. You 2 jump into that rabbit hole you will be blown away !! Dan has over 250 covers from Journey, Queen , Toto , Bon Jovi, Several ELvis including Elvis Trilogy , he sang and dedicated it to his Father whom passed away 5 days before and that was 6 yrs ago. Dan is very emotional and not afraid to show his feelings. At the end of that song he shares a picture of his Father and him as a young boy. There's Disney's Mulan, Metal "I'll make a man out of you" , A couple of Phantom of the Opera pieces , Beauty and the Beast, Africa , One Man band of Handel's Hallelujah. Dan's heart , soul , expressions are in all his covers. He tells an awesome story in every song. There are Many More ! He is Magnificent. He does his own recording , mixing at his home by himself. He does have a band "Fearless", His brother is Davi Vasc and is one of his incredible guitar players. He releases all his work on his you tube channel. Dan is so animated, humble, funny , powerful , in one word "E P I C ". LOVED AND RESPECTED BY ALL ❣️ I'm on cover 177 and have loved them all. As a professional portrait photographer, I can tell you the lighting is very professional and deliberate. One light on his face and a kicker light accenting the dark side is pretty classic low key lighting when photographing dark clothes against a dark background. Depending on the angle, it goes from Rembrandt Lighting to profile lighting. Whoever set up the lighting knew what he was doing.
I love all of Dan's music, but two of my favorites are Dawn Over a New World and a folk song Loch Lomond. He doesn't use his metal stylings in these two, but his voice is so fantastic he doesn't need to. Check them out.

I can hardly wait for you to present your "Amazing Grace" reaction! 😀 You guys need to listen to Dan's 24-voice one-man choir: Handel's Hallelujah [Chorus] (from The Messiah). (grin) Dan DOES opera, but he has NOT done anything from Les Mis. I hope he watches your reaction, here, and grabs hold of that ring! That feeling for the audience is both natural and trained, for Dan. He FEELS everything SO much, but he also knows EXACTLY how to make USE of all the pathos. Total artist!!! Dan prefers NOT to do LIVE things, though he guests with Metal Bands now and again. He, his brother Davi (bass guitar), Gabriel Belozi (other guitars--including both electric and acoustic), and their wonderful drummer (I can never remember his name right off, but he is TRULY amazing) have their own band: Fearless. You need to turn down some of your reverb. The echoes were really bad, all the way through, and then at the end, with the announcement, there were three of him talking, and there are NOT, in the video itself. Also, if you are going to (and I know you are) do more Dan reactions, you should change your large screen presentation behind your small screen presence, because it's SO VERY IMPORTANT to catch ALL of Dan's facial and stance nuances. He not only emotes with his voice, but with his eyes and whole body. Each song is different. If you could "move him over" just a bit from the top right corner of your reaction screen, it would definitely be better. You should definitely check out MORE. If you want to hear the other Amy Lee song he does, it's "Bring Me to Life." The viking song is great. You are going to be diving around in that rabbit hole for a LONG time. Yep, being late to the party happens to me all the time, too. 10 years after his 1st debut, Dan hits my YT wall. 4 or 5 years after debut, that kid from Germany hit my wall (anneMay K), etc. But, the bright side is, they are still going strong if not stronger & i am now a part of their journey. I listen to every Dan song I find, and especially love his own songs/ band Fearless of Chronicles of Ancient Wisdom album found on most platforms. Behold My Land is catchy, Til I Die is beautiful, the King's prayer is galloping fun, etc. But the best part is listening to the album in order. Amazing skills. He does a lot of his own instrumentation, and all his own backing vocals, and arrangements. Sometimes he has other people doing it, but mostly he even does all the filming, recording, and editing of his videos too. In my opinion he doesn't get anywhere near the credit he deserves for the amount of work he put into his videos.

Its really hard to get true black background that matches clothing. The lighting,lack of artifice, microphone and a voice, draws you to the vocals without distractions. However, yes, sometimes he will pop out and do something someplace. there are videos that show him singing at a bar or small venue. Touring isn't something he is going to do, at least that is what he has said.

He is not touring, at present, nor under contract because of losing control over his music. You need to hear his Poker Face.
Dan is actually a baritone with a wide range. Baritones can reach both bass and tenor, but not as low as a true bass or as high as a true tenor.

A začala jsem hledat další videa.Byla jsem konsternovaná,jakou širokou škálu žánrů nabízí a jak je ve všech excelentní.Ale výborných zpěváků je hodně 🤔 a Dan Vasc má něco navíc,ale co mě tak přitahuje ke zpěvákovi z pro mne tak vzdálené země.Já žiju v České republice,v Evropě.A pak jsem si uvědomila,co je to ta věc navíc.On je neuvěřitelně emocionální,on nezpívá písně,on vypráví příběhy.A dělá to tak fenomenálně,že mu věřím každé slovo.A přitom je neuvěřitelně lidský a milý člověk (kéž by takový i zůstal)Jeho tak na bránu je neuvěřitelný a pořád nabírá obrátky.Jen tak dál,Danny ❤️
