Frank didn’t voice D’compose (or Starscream and Cobra Commander), they were all voiced by the late and great Chris Latta… who was another legendary voice actor in the 80’s. he also voiced Mr Burns in a few season 1 episodes of The Simpsons before being replaced for the rest of the series by Harry Shearer.
