you need to watch it with monokote. i have used it to my advantage and added or subtracted wash out with it. it is really easy to use once you get use to it and how much heat to put to it.
When you build these Guillow's conversions (especially the P-51), do you change the motor's thrust angle from zero? Some builders recommend a couple of degrees down and a couple degrees to right for motor thrust.
It is based off the PA-18 but the fuselage is actually too wide for a Super Cub. But who cares. It is not exact scale, it is fun scale. Have fun with it.
Wonderful little plane
Another great one!
I was always told monokote would warp the crap out of these little stick models when you heat shrink it. No?

@@jagdpanther9 good to know. Thanks!
Did you add washout and dihedral to the wing? If so, how much of each?
Beautiful job!
Thanks. With this model i built ithe wing by the directions for rubber power.

Yes i add a little down and right thrust. You really tell when going into full throttle from crusing speed.
Awesome
Beautiful little plane! Nice flier too. What was the total weight w/battery?
Thanks! This model weighs 2 1/4 ounces.
Have you done a Chipmunk yet?
Not yet but i have considered it
Are you in Arkansas?

What motor? 😃
Motor and brick from a park zone j3 cub 😎
Love your shit
Not a super Cub. It's a Pacer.
