Well insulated floors, walls and ceiling? R value? Does dry wall crack with transport? Flexible grout with tile backsplash? Ty
Yes Insulation Floor R19, Ceiling R28, Walls R-11. We have not had issues with the dry wall yet we have warranties in place to cover any issues if they arise when transporting the home. We can use special grout if you'd like as well.
Can you add grab bars around the toilet and in the shower ? Also could you have have one large shower seat and maybe a cit in for toiletries?
Yes that is all possible in another version of this build

The way it is shown it is prepped for a unit. We can include one as an option in this build easily.
