I rented a Polestar 2 in Germany for 3 days for 100euro and it had to be returned with 80% or more, very easy. i was in Italy last month and just used Tesla superchargers for around 36c, no way would i pay what you did
I never understand it, to rent amazing EVs in Germany or the Netherlands is super cheap. In Southern Europe rental is always more expensive 🤔. I paid around 250 € for the e208. If I was driving from Milan to Rome in a Tesla, then Tesla chargers make sense. However there were no Tesla chargers 150 yards from my apartment, where I needed them 👍. Tesla chargers for non Tesla EVs in Italy are 0.58€ per kWh. Which company did you rent your car with in Germany?
@@marcusevjourney566 I also had the Tesla subscription for 1 month which drops the price, Mogliano drops from 67c to 50c etc. I rented the car from Hertz, the current price for 3 days in Stuttgart is £69 😀
I do not know for Germany. In Spain you need many different charging cards, I did a video about it that you can watch called "Charging an electric vehicle in Spain 2023". In Portugal use Miio or Wenea. In Portugal I recommend that you order a card from Miio, just in case of 4G/5G issues.
Marcus, you're making this difficult . It can never be your task to promote the friendly views of Italy. Driving slowly through Italy was beautiful. Otherwise, I agree with that country's charging tariffs. It was high to say the least.
I am pretty new to this stuff and I am shocked to hear that it would be cheaper with petrol? Why would you ever choose to use electric vehicle??? I am lost now
@@samisuvanto3187 It seems to be expensive in Italy where I charged. Perhaps if I had used Tesla or Ionity chargers it would have been cheaper, I don't know. Obviously if I had the opportunity to charge at home or hotels it would have been cheaper. I don't know why electricity is so expensive in Italy 😐
Them stairs are crazy. Imaging drinking a couple bottles of wine on that roof. I think id sleep up there.
This house is not built for people who like to drink. 😂👍
21:51 mobi e sometimes is better 😂
Indeed, Italy needs Mobi.E 🤣👍
Small world. We just drove from Portugal to Italy in our e208 same colour. Currently in Todi. We may see you on the road!
Fantastic. That must be a great trip from Portugal to Italy in an e208 👍

Bom pianista
Deve está a falar da minha filha 🤣
ha, and the top of the stairs is the best place to get drunk and fall your way down after.
That was my biggest worry 😜
Em Itália é ir buscar uma boa pasta, e gelados
É verdade.
i have a few questions? Germany to Portugal Route Those Ev charging points possibly to pay by credit/ debit card ?
Most charging points I have encountered do not allow you to pay by credit/debit cards.
Do you recommend me any applications those working in Germany , Spain and Portugal EV charging points stations

@marcusevjourney566 thanks for your kind response
@marcusevjourney566 Do you recommend me any Ev apps for France , which I can use all over the France .

I get paid by the Italian Tourist board 🤣👍. However I am still waiting for them to send me some Liras.

My Ten years old Zoe gives more information
Yes, the Zoe gives much better information. The e208 is great but the EV information is lacking.
