h2sx only put out 160/180hp at the back wheel stock and weight 586lbs ! i can"t comprehend how he keep up with a 190hp/490lbs M1000XR like that he should have been destroyed
H2 SX severly detuned. Higher compression less boost. They dyno 165whp. I have one. That bmw is like 20more hp stock ( his is tuned) and weighs prob over 100lbs less
The H2SX is a dream bike of mine, however, the insurance rate make them just that... A dream. In no world could I justify $9000/year for full coverage insurance on a freaking motorcycle.

The SX will kill anything on the road with a mild tune. The reason it was coming back in 5th and 6th is because that’s when it lifts throttle restrictions. If you simply remove the restrictions down low, it’ll kill any M or RS bike.
Assuming the 2023 is the same as my 19 in terms of restrictions, they are the same in every gear. You only get 100% throttle for 500rpm at 10,500rpm and by rev limiter, its closed to 13%.
@@jonasbaine3538i have a h2 sx/se and my wife has a zh2. He insurance is higher then mine. Her bike is fun for the city and track, it has the worst rear shock ever though. On the hwy and long rides the sx wins hands down. Both make about 230whp.
Ib's bike has a Brentune stage 1,,,,,,,+60hp midrange and 30hp over the curve so no wonder it was ahead on the initial acceleration. If you were to do a comparison with both bikes bone stock , the H2 would smoke the XR, fact......
They're both great bikes! If u want adaptive Tom Cruise and blind spot monitoring, get the RS. If you don't care about that and want a lighter bike with MASSIVE POWER, get the XR. Or, get both 😊
My H2 SX SE+ would dust the XR lol not saying that in any negative way. His looks fairly stock, mine currently makes 255 with full bolt ons and tune. Gonna te-tune it this weekend with more upgrades. Ride safe, y'all!

I have beat every single gsxr1000 i have raced except one. From a dig, yea the gsxr will take off but my tuned h2 sx, like any of the h2’s dominate up top as the power doesnt drop off and keeps climbing the further you rev it out.
I would have thought the H2 would have smoked the BMW. Like 650 said, with a tune it would fo sho.

@Snakes709 when I was in Canada, I couldn't afford full insurance for my H2 SX, moving to Texas, fully insured 176 monthly.

Kinda hard for a boosted bike to lose!
This makes me move the MXR even more if it rivals superbikes and h2sx still with upright comfort. Amazing bike.

The full throttle at high RPM, H2 SX is restricted, if tuned to remove restrictions, its abiut 40 hp without even touch the ignition timing ..

I think the gsxr1000 will beat both of you. I have a 2024 gsxr1000 and it is pretty fast.

Gsxr is super sports tho. It has high revving engine and light weight.
