Pile 3: having psychic ability or the thought of psychic ability literally terrifies me. I have very strong anxiety. There are moments when I’ll randomly hear negative words or phrases that are my biggest triggers and I’ll get an anxiety attack because of it. From these videos I constantly hear “those are your spirit guides” but like why would they want me to panic for no reason at random times? I literally cannot tell when it’s my guides talking to me or my anxiety, but every time I seek answers people are like “you’ll just know.” Well, I don’t know. And they just keep getting louder. I also have a fear of dreaming. I just want them to go away.
I recommend prayer. Rebuke whatever is happening in the name of Jesus. I’m not saying you have to be a religious person. You don’t. Jesus is a spiritual figure. I think you can create a "cloud" of negative energy when you're vibrating too many negative emotions, and it can start repeating those affirmations again and again because it has so much bad energy coming from them I don't knoe how to explain it better since English isn't my first language, but it's like she said in the video, you can create things with fear If you keep vibrating low energy, you attract low energy, so you probably won't be able to hear your guides when you're feeling overwhelmed with anxiety

I AM BLOWN AWAY!! Pile 1: I was completely connected to you the whole time. We sighed together, we cried together. I even had to press pause to take a shower to calm myself and breath. With Covid + me being final year in medical school, things have already been on overdrive. And on top of that, while I was abroad studying, my grandpa grew ill. He passed away when I was studying for my finals and I was only less than a month away from flying home. He was someone who played the father figure in my life and it's been hard dealing with the guilt for not being able to be there for his last days, last breath when he was there when I was born. I lived with him all my life and I will be returning to an empty house upon graduation. I could not even attend his funeral to send him off properly because quarantine + exams will not gel. And in some ways, I feel like I have failed as a granddaughter. He was so excited for my graduation; we had family pictures planned. And then a week after that, a classmate of mine passed away in a freak accident and things have been piling up for me. I pushed it all aside and focused on getting exams done. After that, I can grieve, I told myself. But I found myself getting more and more tired. I lost all motivation the week before my final exam. I bombed the exam. The school called me just now telling me I failed by a little bit. They want me to postpone my flight home to retake it. I am feeling so distraught now. How did the year I waited for all my life, the year I finally become a doctor, end up like this? Hearing the spirits saying that they are proud of me, how thy know I've worked my ass off, that I've been through hell and back and that I am doing a great job was what I needed. I am crying again because I guess I am really tired. I'll update next week if anything changes

Pile 3: having psychic ability or the thought of psychic ability literally terrifies me. I have very strong anxiety. There are moments when I’ll randomly hear negative words or phrases that are my biggest triggers and I’ll get an anxiety attack because of it. From these videos I constantly hear “those are your spirit guides” but like why would they want me to panic for no reason at random times? I literally cannot tell when it’s my guides talking to me or my anxiety, but every time I seek answers people are like “you’ll just know.” Well, I don’t know. And they just keep getting louder. I also have a fear of dreaming. I just want them to go away.
I recommend prayer. Rebuke whatever is happening in the name of Jesus. I’m not saying you have to be a religious person. You don’t. Jesus is a spiritual figure. And not all spiritual experiences are necessarily positive right? So if you’re not feeling at peace- that’s a sign it’s not for you. Peace is the feeling that indicates what is of the highest good. That’s not to say that anything that creates anxiety is always bad (I struggle with anxiety too and I have to face my fears) but when it comes to intrusive thoughts it’s time to cast those out, not give them more energy

I AM BLOWN AWAY!! Pile 1: I was completely connected to you the whole time. We sighed together, we cried together. I even had to press pause to take a shower to calm myself and breath. This was so incredibly intense but I had to finish and I have to say that BIG sigh at the end of pile 1 was in sync with my huge sigh which felt like the world was lifted off my chest.

#1. I literally slept over an hour when I came home from work today. I never do that, but I couldn't keep my eyes open! Damn, you made me cry with pile 1. I am sobbing. Like you mentioned in your reading, I have been through hell and back this year. With Covid + me being final year in medical school, things have already been on overdrive. And on top of that, while I was abroad studying, my grandpa grew ill. He passed away when I was studying for my finals and I was only less than a month away from flying home. He was someone who played the father figure in my life and it's been hard dealing with the guilt for not being able to be there for his last days, last breath when he was there when I was born. I lived with him all my life and I will be returning to an empty house upon graduation. I could not even attend his funeral to send him off properly because quarantine + exams will not gel. And in some ways, I feel like I have failed as a granddaughter. He was so excited for my graduation; we had family pictures planned.
And then a week after that, a classmate of mine passed away in a freak accident and things have been piling up for me. I pushed it all aside and focused on getting exams done. After that, I can grieve, I told myself. But I found myself getting more and more tired. I lost all motivation the week before my final exam.
I bombed the exam. The school called me just now telling me I failed by a little bit. They want me to postpone my flight home to retake it. I am feeling so distraught now. How did the year I waited for all my life, the year I finally become a doctor, end up like this?
Hearing the spirits saying that they are proud of me, how thy know I've worked my ass off, that I've been through hell and back and that I am doing a great job was what I needed. I am crying again because I guess I am really tired.
