Her knowledge and vocabulary is astounding. It's a classic example to motivate the younger generations to take interest and be prodigy. She deserves all praise.
Good judge with coolness he heard as well as gone through every page she said . First time I seen in india . Great judge gave real value the seat he sat .. .
The presentation by Madam was Excellent to the Judge.Even the Lawyers will not be able to put the Clauses where Madam presented in such a clarity way to Judge. Today's Generation should try to learn all this where one day it helps a lot if we are well educated without depending on any one.
This person is very well prepared with her submissions Advocates who are responsible for delay in courts to learn from her. Honorable judge - Thank you Sir 🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿. you are providing opportunity to understand court proceedings to common person like me who never stepped in to court room.
Convincing the honourable judge with a short time with proficiency in law is admirable, hat's off to her courage arguing against her husband is commendable.
She's well qualified lady extremely clear against her audacious husband....her vocabulary is awe stuck no lawyer can match her.....wishing her good luck to win her own case....👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
ಅಮೋಘ ಅಧ್ಬುತ, This should be the inspiration for all those who havr been suffering due to legal system wch is definitely under optimisation. WITHOUT LEARNING ATTITUDE IT CAN NEVER BE DONE Hats off to the lady whole heartedly ❤❤
Same case I fought against ICICI Bank. All my signatures were forged n FSL report conformed around 45 signatures were forged. I was neither applicant nor guarantor etc Bank kept on debating my account every month for many years. Ultimately it reached Supreme Court, then bank proposed for a settlement, coz judge wanted to hand over the case to CBI. Had I fought, I could have sued Bank couple of crores, but my career n my life was at stake, mental peace was more important... so I accepted for amicable settlement. I presented the entire case as party in person and won it. Banking system in India still needs lot of clean up. Banker involve and they escape easily. Juat imagine, it's AI generation n if criminals collude n take bsnk for granted, what will happen to our Banking system n Indian economy? Jai Hind 😊
Hatt's off to you madam. Your presentation had a clarity and argument was fantastic. There was nothing to point out by the justice as all the points were put forth properly. You fighting with corrupt people even though he was your husband. You will succeed. God bless you. Jai Sri Ram. Ramesh Defence officer (Retd)
Bravo.. being a bharthiya mahila and taking things in your own.. i say truth is there in your nerves.. amma thayee ninage nyaya sigal.. aa devaru olledu maadalli.. I prefer to recall a song.. nyaya yellide..
What a great presentation! The chronology that is how you walked the judge from the start to end of the case is commendable. I guess madam should be appointed as visiting professor to the law schools and teach about oratory and presentation skills.
Yes it is always good to stand for our own case . Courts should allow general public to come forward to present their problems with easier access and simple document procedure. Only a patient can describe his sufferings very well than the counsel appointed . Yes educated by the subject is very much essential and cases like this party in person should come more and more in future
Madam...... You are better than Advocate... N your confidence is unimaginable sister... You should do LLB. practice IN HIGH COURT.. HELP POORS N TRUTHFULL PEOPLE

Article 348(1)(a) of the Constitution of India states that all proceedings in the Supreme Court and in every High Court, shall be in English language. Which means the lawyer should've applied for a transaltion if he was not putting forward his argument in English.
