The DK6 system uses the same powerful motors as the DK2+ but has 150mm (6”) of actuator travel. The long travel is suitable for simulating high amounts of suspension travel (dirt ovals, off-roading) or environmental pitch and roll (flight). Although physically much longer, the DK6 is manufactured using the same mono-block machining process as the DK2 and DK2+.
The DK6 motion system is a professional motion system for racing and flight simulators. The system shares the same design and construction as our industrial-grade motion systems used in our full motion vehicle simulators. Additionally, DK6 is mechanically and electrically engineered around our unique motion algorithm to provide the most realistic and representative vehicle motion feedback.
DK6 takes a modern approach to our signal processing and motion control to create the most responsive system on the market. Every elevation change, vehicle movement, surface change and gear shift, is captured and reproduced within 150mm (6”) of the available mechanical stroke. - Игры
I put my order in a few weeks ago and can’t stop watching these videos - super stoked to receive it 🤘
Let us know how you like it when you get it! We love feedback and like to close the loop on all customer feedback so we can make constant iterations.
Currently we are working on a new Road Vibration layer, and it feels/looks much better than this video, much crispy and detailed texture models. ;-) instagram.com/p/CuqHNiyt2AS/
Well how's DK?
@@camerawithwings8607 I frickin' love it! Use it every time I hop in the rig.
@@phantomracers6399 Have you ever tried the dbox system? I really want the sigma dk2+ or dk6. I was wondering if it is as good as the dbox
@@robinjobidon d-box are chinese quality next to any DK
the SR8 is the best car in iRacing, there is a reason why they are running the demo with it
Yes.😬
May I ask what’s the cockpit used in this video? Looks clean
Thanks!
This is something we built in house using aluminum extrusion from McMaster.com (www.mcmaster.com/products/aluminum-extrusions/t-slotted-framing-rails-4/). We like the McMaster extrusion since its very thick and has relatively no flex. We also used 12 x (4x4) corner brackets which makes this chassis VERY rigid, which is necessary for transferring haptics effectively. This is similar to our mounting solution (www.sigmaintegrale.com/products/t-slot-mounting-bracket) which is a CNC bracket, just like the housing and mounts the actuators flush to the side extrusion. This provides the best connection, with no flex or yield over time.
You might also want to check out Allin1Gaming.com which uses vention.io extrusion which is very unique. It uses interlocking LEGO like connections to maintain position of the corner brackets and other extrusion. Giving very little yield over time. ;-)
Additionally we now use electric seat rails on our chassis, which have a lot less slop or movement than traditional manual racks. Again all for he sake of feeling the most amount of haptics or vibrations as possible. Also why we use a Tillet seat as well, which uses minimal padding and has the seat and not just the cushions, contort to your body, which again gives a much better feel to the motion and the pure haptics that our system provides.
Hope that helps. E-mail us at info@sigmai.co or call us if you have any more information.
@ thanks for your detailed response! Any idea on adding traction loss in the future roadmap?
Probably the most impressive vid of them all. It shows quick movement, and nimbleness. This was the one that caused me to put in my order. BTW, what track is this?
Thank-you, we are always improving our algorithms and the new Road Vibration 2.0 layer should really keep making DK better. This is the #Nurburgring in Germany. One of our top tracks to test on, as it has a variety of twists and turns. The environmental changes also really come through quite well! The 6" helps with that...😉
Any plans to get this back in stock?
Our apologies. Should be back in stock in by the end of the year. This is our most popular product and we are surprised by the recent upsurge in demand. Will definitely post more on socials when it's back in stock. 🙏
Dose this unit comes with chassis ? if not what option do I have for a chassis and seat and mounting hardware for flight sim ? Thanks
Hi there, the unit does not come with a chassis but as an addition to existing aluminum extrusion chassis/rigs out there. We have a list of companies that integrate our system into their rigs here: www.sigmaintegrale.com/pages/buy-try . Please let us know how that experience goes. ;-)
Will this work with simhub for (ps5/gt7)?
Hi Amir, the integration of GT7 on the PS5 will take later this year, probably in a few months. It will still require a PC to run our software and some of the motion layers. Any more questions do email us at info@sigmai.co. Thanks.
how much
All our pricing is on our website... www.sigmai.co. The DK2 starts at $4,385.00 the DK6 4-actuator unit here lists for $8100.
is there diffrence fuctionality between the dk2 the dk2+ and the dk6?
I need this
yes. yes you do. lol.
