I know it sound crazy but I have spirits in my home one is a foreign as a mist and the other one is a black shadow I have a picture of a woman standing in my bathroom I'm so glad I seen this video I've been looking for something like this for a while wouldn't even thinking about it today and come across this video I need to find out how can order what I need to keep the spirits at Bay they haven't harmed me at all but I really don't want it in here.💕🤔

When burning sage is it ok to take the string off and break the sage down burning one leaf at a time to make it last longer? Someone told me that. They also told me when I burn it as a whole and don't use the entire thing that it is best to not use it again because it holds negative energy from the first burning. Is that true or not?

Hi, what is the black round thing the vesting powder is on?
I’m decluttering my home. It has been extremely difficult. Curious if the negative energy is from the stuff or is it the room itself or is it me in myself, my mind. Difficult because for some reason to lift the objects it’s almost impossible to do and draining of my energy. Very strange, I think. I leave my home and I’m a different person. In my home I feel weighted down. Please, besides Sage what else can I do to gain my energy back. I’m decluttering little by little do to some resistance.

Oh wow! So I’m not alone with this same feeling. This sounds like my exact story including “some restraints” part. I actually had to look at who posted this comment saying to myself, “Did I post this comment?” Prayers that we all get out of this. Starting my spiritual journey and have a question about using sage and Palo Santo...Should their use be reserved out of respect to respectively indigenous and Latino people. I know sage has gained in popularity , can it be used by anyone or only indigenous people initiated or with the knowledge gained from their culture. Does having good intentions and respect for other's culture give one the right to use their tools? I know there are other herbs and insence that can be used..wanted to make sure I am not making a mistake. Thank you.

I think another name for it is "goofer dust" Kufwa powder.
Vesta or chasing powder can be found in Botanicas. It is not the same as goopher dust. Vesta /chasing powder is for clearing. I was taught Goopher is used for hexing. I have heard of it being used for protection.
