I totally agree with Ellis. I had an iPhone SE 2020 (3GB RAM + 64) and my experience was the same. I also came to the conclusion that the RAM was ALWAYS saturated. If you turn off and back on the phone. The first 2-3 apps that you open are blazing fast, then they're painfully slow, everything is painfully slow.
