I love you're content and always get so much from it, thank you. I have a channel where I talk about how jui jitsu has helped my mental health. I'm sure a lot of my subscribers are probably always enjoying your content but might you ever be interested in doing a quick zoom where we talk about why bjj could be the solution to the loneliness Epidemic? Hope all is good with you and thanks again again for your awesome work James
Rear naked chokes don’t actually work that often in mma from a bjj style back take besides people like Charles. They usually happen when someone’s getting beat up with ground and pound and just turn there backs in a desperate attempt to get up. My favorite move still tho and obviously super important, but arm triangles where you don’t go to side control (like bo nickal did) are probably better for mma as a pure sub.
I've just now finished watching a recent King of the Street fight (uploaded a month ago) in which a leg lock attempt was quickly and effectively countered with a kick to the head.
Great video
Great concept , and great honesty in telling the truth.

Well it is good and bad....
but leg locks are actually a good counter to punching. you have control of their base, thats why k guard is blowing up in mma
Leg locks are great, but I'm not convinced they would be a good choice if mma didn't forbid kicks to a downed opponent
