my boyfriends mom wants me to do her hair similar to this and your clients before looks almost exactly like hers, this video has given me confidence since this will be my first complex hair color before i go to school for it
I use to foil the way I learned and over time I gradually started to foil backwards because it felt easier and more natural to me. You're not alone lol!

It’s pink and blonde! I’m in love! 😍❤️
I'm thrilled to hear you loved this. Thanks so much for watching!
Could you do a video on just filling the hair. Like when doing lowlights what to add to the formula for the missing pigments but still getting the ashy or warm results. Hope that makes sense. I love your videos. I'm learning so much. I graduate in a few months 🙂
Thanks so much for reaching out! I'll keep that in mind for a future video!
That color makes me think "Iced Rose" so pretty! I love your videos!
Thanks so much!
How about " Rose' all day "?
I love the soft results! Very pretty! I enjoyed seeing the root shadow technique. Would so love seeing when she returns to see how it lived between visits. How long ago was her last visit? 6 months?
Love seeing your tutorials!!! Informative, fun and inspiring to try something new! Thank you!!!
Thanks so much! Her last visit was 3 months ago.
looks GREAT!
Thank you Hope!
could you post an in-depth video explain the Shades EQ line and toning? im in cosmetology school and i cant understand toning to save my life!
I'll keep that in mind for a future video :)
YESSSS PLEASE
Look up the hair color wheel. It will help you while watching Jamie Dana's videos,.It will tell you what tones cancel each other out. Big help for referencing back to.
I’ve yet to see someone post Shades EQ ash gray formula demo
To understand toning. You MUST understand color theory. It has nothing to do with any color line.
Learn what colors mixed together make what color. You also need to know what colors cancel each other. And knowing the appropriate level to tone at.
Thank you so much for this video!
You're so welcome. Thanks for watching!
I really love your videos. We don’t use your color line. But I love your foil techniques .i learn so much you😊thank you
Thank you so much! I'm thrilled to hear you loved it!
Heath bar crunch hair and it's another amazing video 😍 thank you ❤️💕🔥
I'm thrilled to hear you loved it. Thanks so much for watching!
I LOVE THIS LOOK. literally just found you and can’t freaking stop watching you. I make my husband sit and watch with me lmao! I’m sure you have a video specifically on your backwards foiling but if not I’d love if you maybe in the future could do an in depth video on that technique. I have trouble with highlights in general... for some reason they are a challenge for me and I’m thinking if I learn your technique it could help me a bunch! Thanks so much!! Love your videos girl!!
Thank you so much for watching! I'm so happy to hear you love my videos!
That’s dedication if you’re foiling baby hairs 😍😍😍😍
Thanks so much Caleb!
I love your good vibes
Great videos! Thank you very much. I think I'll call this color, blond blush 💅 I've been doing backwards foiling for 30 years. I think it works so well, but I also mix it up. Each head seems to dictate the direction. Thanks so much for including your formulas 💞
So glad you loved it! Thanks for watching!

Okay, I need me a wow comb that’s on my list now😏😍 because I’m so tired of having to pay way too much added time and attention to the lines that may come up with regular combs. So annoying!! This was beautiful!!! Loved the cut too!

You are NEVER too old to start. I started at 38 and am 42 now... Girl live your best life now! Go to school if you can~
Florida_grl_43 Beach I agree! I am a radiological technologist, currently. My alter ego is a hair dresser! I told my husband that when I retire I am going to cosmetology school, just for hair and just do hair for family and friends. 👍
So good!
Thanks Stephanie!
That colour is great! I would call it Sandy beach dream.

So beautiful. I love your foiling technique. I love her color. And I love how you show a real day in the salon. Sometimes the toner you choose doesn’t work out and you have to improvise. Love it so much. By the way.... where do I get that wow comb you were using? I need it.
Its @wowcomb on instagram!

I love this, looks so pretty, thankyou for sharing your knowledge, Its the first time iv seen foiling backwards and so want to try it! so much better for around the face. Do you do it this way on long hair too?
It totally depends on the density but I tend to do this on long hair as well. Thanks for watching!
Thanks for the video. On your root shadow did you use a demi permanent in Kenra? Thx
NEOPOLITAN...... like the ice cream coz you have chocolate, strawberry and vanilla cream colours in there 😍😍😍😍😍 LOVE THIS. just subscribed
Love it! Thanks so much for subscribing!
'Blushing beige' is a great name Veronica! I was thinking 'Dusty Mocha Rose', but I think I like yours better.
I just love your vids! I learn so much. Can you tell me how long this one service would take you from start to blow out if you weren’t filming? Thank you!!
She says at the end of the video that it took her 3 hours
Love this and it looks gorgeous but damn girl I’m tryna do this from home during the pandemic 😝 😭 I guess it ain’t happening for me. Love the end result tho. My hairs also fine, so this is the technique my hair dresser uses. Damn I miss her rn
love your video, wish that someone in Oslo could do same thing :-)
I'm thrilled to hear you loved this. Thanks so much for watching!
Okay amazing video as always!!! Have a question, how long do you usually leave the root shadow toner on for? I’ve been getting slot of orange lately not sure why? Any thoughts.
It depends on the brand you are using, but if it's shades EQ then about 15-20 minutes.
Strawberry shortbread 😍
God I wish you were closer, you are a wizard!❤️👍🏻
You're so sweet. Thank you!
