CS is just more polished with more content and looks better than the previous. People who like the original just like the nostalgia of the game because they played it as a kid. I read some comments and people say CS is toxic and filled with hackers. I've played the game for many hours(estimating 200) and i've seen 2 hackers. Toxicity exists in every game and the og is filled with more hackers. Some people say the remake is overcomplicated which is disagree with. It has more features yes but its not extremly complicated. You see escapee you shoot them if your a guard. You now just have more weapons that look and feel much better to shoot them with. Your a prisoner? take a crowbar and escape through a toilet or be funny with the hammer/axe. if your over the age of pooping in diapers I feel you should be able to understand at bare minium the core gameplay. (Note: uh pls don't get angy at me fr fr this just my opinion cause i think others dont see the full scope of the game)

I agree the only thing is that the standard ACS animation are meh but comparing it with the original version is a lot better.
They couldve at least put some work on refining the ACS CFrame animations, You should also try the redwood prison remake, Its better in almost every possible way imo, They have animated FE guns and stuff.

Something i really like about the old game is the amount of GLITCHES. I mean seriously, when i literally own a channel about glitching, you know theres a lot of stuff.
Sometimes you just discover them RANDOMLY or theorize or try to find them on purpose. I literally hate how everyone just uses the same overrated simple glitches, and that solves it

The game is good but the animations need a rework, I get that ACS is very poor on gun animations however ive seen ACS have better animations than normal so it might be possible.

I honestly prefer the OG prison life due to the fact that i got ngl an actual PTSD from playing CS prison life there's to many rude and toxic players and exploiters, campers, troller and much more... (Those people need to go outside)
Even tho the OG one is full with exploiters I still like the classic vibe it gave me
And bruh in CS prison life as a guard having a hard long range firefight with criminals on top of the walls camping is a top PTSD moment
