    ____________
    📙 Backstory:
I wrote "Kumo Descending" in July 2023.
"Kumo" in Japanese means "clouds". "Kumo Descending" is a reimagined darker version of my original composition "Kumo Ascending". In "Kumo Descending" I wanted to capture this imagery: Slowly drifting through dark stormy clouds...but instead of this feeling of rising (in Kumo Ascending) I wanted to capture the opposite - gradually descending through the clouds, eventually to some inevitable destination or outcome.

This is a re-imagined version of my other original composition Kumo Ascending:
    ruclips.net/video/e5yW1_2HHJQ/видео.html
    Hope you like it!
Edit: So... musescore 3 has a glitch where although it plays the right note, it shows the wrong note on notation. Just realized this, so there's 2 minor mistakes in the notation for bar 5 and 13 in the video unfortunately. But I've updated the actual sheet music to be correct.

Very pretty. It feels like it could be played as an etude or an beginner/intermediate recital piece.

let me see if this works...
    Rell: abandoned child of existance
We hear Rell saying while our vision starts to flicker...: "Why did you leave me?" "Why LOVE..."
(while this happens hands of blood start to show up... Eventually writing the word: 'ME' on the the floor...)
Rell tries to fight against doing this (because of his split personality), but doesn't win.
When it finishes, the camera angle gradually goes towards and comes from the top.
Gradually making the screen go darker and darker...
And so it shows the word. 'ME'
While we stand with our knight in front of Rell (the abandoned child which became a Void Nightmare)
    -----------
Rell writes 'Me' multiple times on the walls.
Which reveals itself after our eyes went dark for a second.
Our vision goes dark within the room...
'Me' is shown in blood on the screen while we can't see the room.
As it completes the sentence: "Why Love Me" Which is the question Rell ask's himself after our 'Mother' and we left him behind in the Void
after we regain vision we see it written in blood on the walls... And Rell has shown himself... reaching out to us... with blood in his left eye... but tears in his right eye... showing both affection for what he sees we had, but he never could cherish for himself..
    ~In The End
We embrace him, to bring him back to us... He was lost, but found, again, though his scars will never fade

I thought the “kumo” in the name is this “蜘蛛”. So I imagined the image of a spider dangling from the ceiling…

I really like all of the sheet music videos, it gives me an idea of how music sort of comes alive and lets me notice all the small things I didn't notice just by listening. Like at 2:15 the music becomes lighter and more fleeting but I didn't know why but now that I can see the sheet music it's because you changed to treble clef, which I never would've guessed. Anyway I think the descent you were hoping to portray is really well captured by the repetition especially in the beginning, as opposed to falling through the sky I feel like it's also falling through the mind and then the little variations later on remind me of sort of losing reality. Overall another great piece and very emotional! I really like the change from 2:15 onwards I feel like the first 2 minutes sort of lead up and make it become even more powerful emotionally.

This is a very simple and elegant composition that gets enriched immensely by the heartfelt playing and interpretation. With very liberal takes on the notes as they are written down. I like it very much.

Kumo Ascending is one of my favorites of yours. It’s really touching. Kumo Descending makes me want to cry… it kinda feels like the magic is lost. This isn’t bad of course, it’s quite fascinating actually. Watching the sheet music makes it all the more interesting, seeing all the work you do and inviting others to share your piece. You have such a talent to turn the same melody and tunes into two very different feelings. Sometimes this is what someone needs. Nicely done, Edin 😊

      Hey Swann,
That's a beautiful way to put it. I did want to contrast the two pieces, so I know exactly what you mean! :)
      Thanks so much~
