    Wow!
That music, the weaving and the break you took to watch the snow falling. The only one other time I have been this calm was probably 22 years old, before stepping into this world. Listening to the "GREEN GREEN GARDEN" is a probably a must at least once a day from now! Thank you

I pick up as many tshirts as I can from yard sales and I use them in other projects and craft I do. This would be such a good way to use them.

Wow, so happy to have found you!. I have been looking for mat 2 metres Sq in beachy colours but haven't found one. Do you think it would be possible to make one that big please??. I can sew but wondering if it would be too much?

What size zigzag did you use

I love this tutorial! I always thought these rugs would be harder to make. May I ask though, how much yardage of braiding did you use and what was this rug finished size?
My daughter is asking me to make her one like this for my granddaughter in a very specific space and I'd like to make sure I have enough fabric. Thanks!

I have the same questions! It's such a great project, but I need to know if I have enough fabric scraps. I'd definitely like a finished project that is at least as big as hers. So nice!

Love this tutorial and the music is charming! I have what is probably a dumb question, but if you wanted to make it more rectangular than square, would you start of with a longer first...overlap (not sure what that's called--the first two "rows" of braid that you zigzagged together at 3:01)? Or would that just make a bigger square? Oh! And I love how to continue a length of fabric without having sew them. Nice and efficient! Thank you!!

Anyone else having trouble with the rug puckering I m making a circle rug out of my recently deceased boyfriends t-shirts for my son and myself. I'm sewing them by hand and they were going pretty good until I had to fold them to bring them with me to work so I could work on it there and I was using my iron on steam setting but it started to puckering and bend and it isn't coming back to flat. Grrr

sounds like you shrunk the fabric with the hot steam! it should be okay. just keep going or unravel it a bit to loosen it. it will be wonderful once it's done
