Reminded me too much of the beginning of 2077. Even the music sounded recycled from the original soundtracks. Only thing CDPR is a "master" at is bull shite. They sold me a broken game and I am on a decent PC. Bug fixes took forever and I played through the game. My Character is in Arizona with the Aldecaldos and Panam said they could get me help. Scatter brained CDPR with their very low attention span forgot the ending of their broken game and come out with this trash. What is up with hiring stars to play a roll in your game? That is like strapping chrome rims and a hood scoop on a Nissan Versa. I will play Starfield and wait for reviews of CP 2078 or what ever the next game is... if CDPR is still in business.
@ragingmonk6080 how in the world did it remind you of the beginning of the base game? 🤔 Characters and writing was on point from the very release. I played on PC (on a very decent rig tbf) and I was amongst the lucky ones who had almost no problems. sure, the game was broken on many platforms and not finished, but if they would've just released it on current gen and PC right from the start, the reception of the game would've been much better - on par with any Bethesda RPG release (76 not counted - this is not a typical Bethesda RPG). Taking forever for the updates and fixing the game just speaks volumes to CDPRs commitment to the game and the franchise and I don't know how you can possibly put this in a negative way. you essentially get an awesome game now - yes, 3 years after we anticipated, but if they where the masters of bull crap like you say, they would've just dropped everything, grabbed the cash and ran for it. we've been criticizing for 3 years now, and that is totally validated, but credit where credit is due. time to move on from the hate.

@@TheGameSenseiYT Oh, you didn't address how they forgot how the game ends and the dlc does not continue what you experienced. But I will shift the focus to prove my point. Dec. 4th 2020 CDPR stocks were valued at $31 per share. It is now $8.82 and they cut 200 employees because of this game. Then they hire another high dollar actor???? Are they Polish... Oh wait. This company is doomed and I hope a real studio buys the IP.
@ragingmonk6080 what are you talking about??? they didn't forget how the game ends. it has 7 different endings and it's just a way to experience all 7 without having to replay the whole game 7 times. My V died or made himself an into an engram or rode into the sunset several times. there is no "they forgot the ending" - you're just extremely butt hurt and trying to find anything to make a problem out of nothing.
I really hate that V is fated to die by the relic. Him dying rushing arasaka like Johnny is cool. But after all the game, the ONLY option is to or give up yourself to Johnny (something he doesn’t even want) or just accept death… really turns me down. Don’t get me wrong I love when a protagonist needs to die in the ending, but it’s just good when the series makes you FEEL like he didn’t have any other fate (like David for example). And V doesn’t give this feeling.
I'm new and planning on playing cyberpunk for the first time after this update, I'm worried about putting points into the wrong things and not being able to change it later. Are there any permanent things I should look out for?
yes. the skill-categories (called attributes) are permanent. use the build planner I mentioned in one of my last videos (check the description) to plan ahead. if you're still unsure, I will have build guides on my channel. so maybe those will help you out :)
you don't need to. totally depends on the time you have and how you want to start playing with 2.0 releasing before that. essentially you've got 3 options 1. start a new character now. play however fast or slow you want. respec your build when 2.0 drops on the 21st. and play PL on the 26th. The only thing you would have to consider is playing up until after the voodoo boy mission, as songbird will contact you AFTER that point in the story, essentially opening up the DLC for you. 2. play an old character (preferably level 50 with at least story progression until after the voodoo boys mission or even more) as soon as 2.0 drops on the 21st and respec right away and try out all the new stuff coming with 2.0 3. don't play at all. start a new character on the 26th and during character creation choose to start with PL right away.
@@TheGameSenseiYT I think I will start a new character because last time I played the game is about a year ago. Thank for the reply and thank you for the video
I'm planning to keep my old character strictly for PL and 2.0 freeroam but will start a seperate character to see how the 2.0 features affect the base game's story missions. I don't suspect much of a difference except for the gunfights and car chases.
On a scale of 1-10: How excited are you for Update 2.0 and Phantom Liberty?! 👀
