He's fully human bc he was born of a human (Mary) and Jesus became a baby and grew in his physical body to walk and flow in the things that the Father told Him to do while on earth. Jesus is fully God, also, bc He was conceived in Mary through a spirit impregnation by the Father through the Holy Spirit. He came down to earth and had a human life and He is God because He's origin started with the Father who is also a part of the multi dimensional three parts of God. So the last book of John the apostle is a revelation to the church ( the new covenant kingdom)and a apocalypse to the Jews( destruction of Jerusalem and Israel as a nation)
