📘 How It Works:
The palletising system consist of 4 i-Pal robot cells with case conveyors. The i-Pals are connected to the main production line, from where products are sorted to one of the robot cells by barcode scanning. Each i-Pal can handle 2 products simultaneously. Via product identification, the i-Pal knows where to place which product, ensuring correct distribution. Products are gently handled by the i-Pal and the conveyor’s raised belt diverters. When a pallet is full the i-Pal continues palletising on the other pallet, while the full pallet can easily be exchanged.
