I heard the "I'm a law student" when I was at college when students who were only about 3 months into their 1st year trashed the common room as they had been throwing plates around, spilled red and white wine on the walls, furniture and carpet when the cleaner arrived next morning she told the students she wasn't going to clean it and they would be reported to the University for damages, the entitled students all started arguing one said "we are law students, we know the law you can't do that" and kept repeating they know the law on and on, and more than one outright talked about how the woman "is just a cleaner" as if they were superior to her.
