So.....when is John gonna realize he could just use a bunch of white crystals to give himself unlimited ammo. If the stones can recharge by themselves and he has a big inventory pocket could he not store a bunch of white crystals to, I don't know use stronger weapons. The mk2 .50 cal was invented was invented in 1918 during ww1 during the John's authority 3 he never used it. It was clearly there. I feel like John could have gotten access to Anti tank rilfes too. Not to mention he never got to use any in placement weapons. Like a aa battery that shots air burst rounds or a mini gun. Or was that on purpose to prevent John from out ranking his current authority. Also rail guns John could've put a bunch of junk together to make a crappy rail gun powered by white crystals.
The thing i don't get is if they can make magic cannons, why not mass produce them and train non mage’s and use them to fight lower level zerg. Regular humans don't have reproductive obstacles so they can have breeding incentives to build huge human army's and have all the mages focus on high level targets. Kinda like imperial guard in WH 40k.

I'm sorry but this is starting to get stupid for forcing the plot sake. It makes entirely no sense for John to stay in the Kingdom when he can easily go to the church and still build all the weapons and vehicles he wanted and if he really insisted on Armin the kingdom just for the sake of them fighting The scourge he could still give them the schematics while being at the church he could have made that a stipulation for him joining the church. So his decision to stay no matter the threat or danger it just really does not make sense his reasoning for staying is stupid as f***and he's supposed to be the smart one
