I’ve been consecrated for several years now. I also wear the miraculous medal. Once I was in a house and there were bad ppl in it and as I was talking to this man , I could feel a very evil presence come up over behind me. Then I could feel it retract and go away. I’m pretty sure that was the protection of Our Lady. Also I ask St. Joseph to protect my heart - to stand guard because Mary is there. There are so many graces but mostly humble and small things that just light my way. The way to Jesus . Thanks be to God

A priest taught me all about the power of Mary as an advocate and I started saying the Rosary and read DeMontfort's True Devotion to Mary. I have had two life changing experiences with Mary. One day a few years ago I spent several months building a wooden sea kayak. I painted it blue and wanted to honor Mary with it. One morning after I had finished the boat, I put it on the local river in the wee morning hours, and I paddled upstream saying the Rosary as I paddled.
I got as far upstream as I could go, the water was crystal clear and very shallow, and I was looking at the bottom of the river, it was covered with thousands of beautiful tiny pebbles. The current gently spun my kayak, and then I looked up. Directly in front of me, the sun was rising behind the base of an old dead tree that had broken off, and a thick mist was coming up off the water. The sun was blinding behind this silhouette of the old tree, but from where I was, I instantly recognized that the silhouette of this tree made perfectly the outline of a woman that was holding a baby up in front of her, so that as she held the baby it looked like she and the baby were gazing directly into each other's eyes. At that very instant, I heard a beautiful woman's voice simply say to me "Live every moment of your life as if you were holding this baby in your arms."

I consecrated to Our Lady thanks to sheer divine intervention, because I had only peripherally heard of Michael Gaitley, yet somehow ended up finding True Devotion and spurned myself to read it as my first Consecration.
Ever since I have felt Our Lady watch over me, something I really need now in college life. Especially to anyone that knows what it’s like to live without one or both parents, PLEASE do this Consecration. You do have a mother.

I did 33 days to Morning Glory by Fr. Michael Gaitley at a retreat at our church about 5 years ago. It was awesome! I tried to do St. Louis de Montfort True Devotion to Mary” It was much more challenging for me. I am really glad I did it. My life has purpose every day because all my merits go to Jesus through Mary. I do this little prayer every day that Pope John Paul II did. (I am not sure but I think he prayed this every day.) O Immaculate Conception, Mary my mother, live in me, act in me, speak in and through me, love through my heart, think your thoughts in my mind. Give me your own dispositions and feelings. Teach me, lead me and guide me to Jesus. Correct, Enlighten and expand my entire personality and life. Replace me with yourself. Incline me to constant adoration and thanksgiving. Pray in and through me. Let me live in you and keep me in this union always. Amen.❤️🙏

Saanderson aye! You’re doing it on the Annunciation too! Do you have the version that Tan puts out? Are you doing a 5 or 15 decade Rosary? I’ve been doing the 15 all but one day so far of week 2, and it was really hard the first two nights, but I’ve really started to like it. Week 3 doesn’t call for it, but I might do it anyway. I set up a bunch of candles in front of a crucifix and a picture of La Pieta and I read by candlelight. Did wonders to help eliminate distractions!

The first time I consecrated myself to Our Lady, I wasn't even Catholic. I was Christian but didn't really know a whole lot about the intricacies of Catholic theology. Reading 33 Days to Morning Glory was really helpful. I still wasn't sure yet also knew that faith means you're sometimes not sure. After making the Marian consecration, let's just say I wasn't not-Catholic for long. :) It has been 3 years and I don't regret it in the slightest.

⭕5_15 BIG REASONS WHY JESUS IS NOT GOD:
INCLUDING 90 BIBLICAL VERSES THAT JESUS IS NOT GOD:
      1. Matthew 24:36
      • No one knows about that day or hour, not even the Son, but the Father only.
      • Here Jesus makes a distinction between what he knows and what the Father knows.
      2. Matthew 26:39
My Father, if it is possible, may this cup be taken from me, yet not as I will, but as Thou will.
      • Jesus’ will is likewise autonomous from God’s Will. Jesus is seeking acquiescence to God’s will.
      3• John 5:26
      • For as the Father has life in Himself, so he has granted the Son to have life in himself.
      • Jesus received his life from God. God received his life from no one. He is eternally self-existent.
      4• John 5:30
      • By myself, I can do nothing: I judge only as I hear, and my judgment is just, for I seek not to please myself but him who has sent me.
      • Jesus says, “by myself, I can do nothing.” This indicates that Jesus is relying upon his own relationship with God. He is not trying to “please myself” but rather is seeking to “please the one who sent me.”
      5• John 5:19
      • The Son can do nothing by himself; he can do only what he sees the Father doing, because whatever the Father does, the Son does also.
      • Jesus declares that he is following a pattern laid down by God. He is expressing obedience to God.
      6. Mark 10:18
      • Why do you call me good? No one is good, except God alone.
      • Here Jesus emphatically makes a distinction between himself and God.
      7. John 14:28
      • The Father is greater than I.
This is another strong statement that makes a distinction between Jesus and God.
      8. Matthew 6:9
Our Father, which art in Heaven.
He didn’t pray, Our Father, which art standing right here!”
      9. Matthew 27:46
My God, My God, why hast thou forsaken me?
Inconceivable if he is God the Creator.
      10. John 17:21-23
. . .that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me. . ..that they may be one as we are one: I in them and you in me.
In this prayer Jesus defines the term “to be one.” It is clearly accomplished through the relationship of two autonomous beings. Christian believers are to model their relationship (to become one) after the relationship of God and Christ (as God and Christ are one). Notice that “to be one” does not mean to be “one and the same.”
      11. 1 Corinthians 15:27-28
For he "has put everything under his feet." Now when it says that "everything" has been put under him, it is clear that this does not include God himself, who put everything under Christ. When he has done this, then the Son himself will be made subject to him who put everything under him, so that God may be all in all.
Paul declares that God put everything under Christ, except God himself. Instead God rules all things through Christ. (remember: “through him all things were made.”)
      12. Hebrews 1:3
The Son is the radiance of God’s glory and the exact representation of his being.
Jesus is the exact representation of his being. I send my representative to Congress. He is not me, myself. He is my representative.
      13. Hebrews 4:15 (compared with James 1:13)
For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are-yet without sin.
Jesus has been tempted in every way, just as we are, yet he never sinned. See
James 1:13: When tempted, no one should say, God is tempting me. ForGod cannot be tempted by evil, nor does he tempt.
Jesus was tempted in every way, but God cannot be tempted. This is why Jesus said, “don’t call me good, none are good, only God.”
      14. Hebrews 5:7-9
During the days of Jesus' life on earth, he offered up prayers and petitions with loud cries and tears to the one who could save him from death, and he was heard because of his reverent submission. Although he was a son,he learned obedience from what he suffered and, once made perfect, he became the source of eternal salvation for all who obey him
Jesus had to walk a course of faith and obedience in order to achieve perfection. By achieving perfection, Jesus “became” leader of his people.
      15. Jesus is God yet he says he has brothers, sisters and mother below ! ! !
      Matthew 12:46-50
⭕6_ Christians, God doesn't do these
According to the Holy Bible Jesus manifested human traits not befitting God.
For instance, Jesus wept (cf. John 11:35), slept (cf. Mark 4:35), hungered and thirsted (cf. John 4:6-7).
      God doesn’t tire, doesn’t sleep, doesn’t thirst and doesn’t get hungry (cf. Psalm 50:7-13, 121:3-4; Isaiah 40:28).
How then can Jesus be God?
      ⭕8-Jesus: A Servant of God
Jesus (pbuh) said;“Just as the son of man did not come to be served, but to serve.” [Matthew 20:28]
“Behold my servant (Jesus), whom I have chosen.” [Matthew 12:18]
“The God of Abraham, and of Isaac, hath glorified his servant Jesus.” [Acts 3:13 RSV]
“For of a truth against thy holy servant Jesus, whom thou hast anointed.” [Acts 4:27]

@@fabiotuan5206 "Jesus is the way the truth and the life, no man cometh to the Father but by Him," John 14:6 This is true because God said it. I pray also every day and I know God will judge me by how I judge others, therefore I try very hard not to judge others, or their way of believing. Instead, I try very hard to shine forth His light and love to the world, to emulate Christ, as He has called us to do. The idea is that Saint Mother Mary always shows the way to her Son, Jesus. She leads us to Him by the example of her love. No, no one I have heard on Ascension Presents said she is omnipresent, only God is that. We only ask for her intercession, it's like asking a friend to pray for you, we ask Mary to pray on our behalf. I do believe that she was taken into heaven body and soul, that is known as the Assumption of Mary. Therefore she is there with Jesus who is at the right hand of the Father and can hear us and intercede for us. While I am not Roman Catholic, I am quite Anglo-Catholic, and I have knowledge of many of the various ways and beliefs, Protestant, Baptist, Mormon, Roman Catholic, Episcopalian, even Pentecostal, etc. I don't always get it right, I am just starting my Monastic walk really. I pray that I have articulated this so that you might understand it along with me. You said “Some of the things in the devotion don’t make sense (something like that) but do it anyway.” When I was in the new age I was doing a devotion that took you through an every day practice and we were told the same thing…to go with what we even resisted. I was half way through of faithfully doing it when o hit a brick wall and Jesus revealed the end conclusion was a “different Jesus” with a proclamation that we are equal in some way. I burned those books and asked the Holy Spirit to give me discernment because I never wanted to be deceived again. Years later the Holy Spirit led me to the Catholic Church but I did not surrender the gift of discernment He gave me . I can ask for Mary’s help without a 33 day “programming”. That is too “new age” for me and smacks of indoctrination. If the end result is giving my will over to Mary, what is the purpose of surrendering all to Jesus? How do you know this is the real Mary, humble handmaid of the Lord? Thanks for the discussion but I have yo listen to the huge check in my spirit. I do want to get closer to Mary through Jesus, not the other way around

I consecrated myself to Our Lady Last year on Sept 8th, the feast day of Our Lady’s Nativity. I grew up going to a Catholic girls camp run by the Sister of the Immaculate Heart in MA and they set such a beautiful example that I couldn’t resist being drawn to the beauty of consecration to Her ❤️

      Thanks
      Just for u
      Is Jesus the Savior?
God is the real Savior. Jesus is not the Savior literally but metaphorically
In the New Testament, Jesus is often described as the “Savior”. We read: “She will give birth to a son, and you are to give him the name Jesus, because he will save his people from their sins.” (Matthew 1:21) We also read: “For the Son of man is come to save that which was lost.” (Matthew 18:11)
However, is Jesus the Savior literally or metaphorically? What is the nature of the salvation he brought?
In fact, God is the real Savior according to the New Testament itself. There are many pieces of evidence for that. I will provide some of them as follows:
The New Testament quotes the Virgin Mary as saying “God my Savior”. She did not say that her expected baby was her Savior. We read: “And Mary said: ‘My soul glorifies the Lord, and my spirit rejoices in God my Savior.’” (Luke 1:46-47)
The author of 1 Timothy said: “God our Savior” rather than “Jesus our Savior”. We read: “Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus by the command of God our Savior and of Christ Jesus our hope.” (1 Timothy 1)
He described Jesus as just a mediator between God and mankind. We read: “This is good, and pleases God our Savior, who wants all people to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth. For there is one God and one mediator between God and mankind, the man Christ Jesus.” (1 Timothy 2:3-5)
He also said: “the living God, who is the Savior of all people” rather than “the living Jesus, who is the Savior of all people.” We read: “This is a trustworthy saying that deserves full acceptance. That is why we labor and strive, because we have put our hope in the living God, who is the Savior of all people, and especially of those who believe.” (1 Timothy 4:9-10)
The same phrase of “God our Savior” is also cited in Titus. We read: “And not to steal from them, but to show that they can be fully trusted, so that in every way they will make the teaching about God our Savior attractive.” (Titus 2:10)
We also read: “And which now at his appointed season he has brought to light through the preaching entrusted to me by the command of God our Savior.” (Titus 1:3)
We further read: “At one time we too were foolish, disobedient, deceived and enslaved by all kinds of passions and pleasures. We lived in malice and envy, being hated and hating one another. But when the kindness and love of God our Savior appeared, he saved us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. He saved us through the washing of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit.” (Titus 3:3-5)
In Jude, we also come across the following phrase: “the only God our Savior”. We read: “To the only God our Savior be glory, majesty, power and authority, through Jesus Christ our Lord, before all ages, now and forevermore! Amen.” (Jude 1:25)
The New Testament indicates that God is the Savior Whose salvation was brought by His grace through Jesus. We read: “So do not be ashamed of the testimony about our Lord or of me his prisoner. Rather, join with me in suffering for the gospel, by the power of God. He has saved us and called us to a holy life-not because of anything we have done but because of his own purpose and grace. This grace was given us in Christ Jesus before the beginning of time.” (2 Timothy 1:8-9)
In many positions, the New Testament attributes salvation to God even though salvation stands for Jesus. For example, we read: "Every valley shall be filled in, every mountain and hill made low. The crooked roads shall become straight, the rough ways smooth. And all people will see God’s salvation.” (Luke 3:5-6)
We also read: “Therefore let it be known to you that this salvation of God has been sent to the Gentiles; they will listen.” (Acts 28:28)
As quoted by the New Testament, Jesus himself made such statements which indicate that only God is capable of salvation. We read:
“And again I say to you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God.” When His disciples heard it, they were greatly astonished, saying, “Who then can be saved?” But Jesus looked at them and said to them, “With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.” (Matthew 19:24-26)
James also implies that it is God only rather than anyone else Who can bring salvation. We read: “There is only one lawgiver and judge, he who is able to save and to destroy. But who are you to judge your neighbor?” (James 4:12)
In the New Testament, Jesus himself made clear that he was just a means of salvation, describing himself as a “gate”. He said: “I am the gate; whoever enters through me will be saved. They will come in and go out, and find pasture.” (John 10:9)
The New Testament includes many verses confirming that Jesus did not have an innate capacity for salvation but he himself rather needed God for his own salvation. How can the one who cannot save himself save others? This is one of the beliefs where contradiction in the New Testament seems crystal clear.
In Hebrews, we read: “As he saith also in another place, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec. Who in the days of his flesh, when he had offered up prayers and supplications with strong crying and tears unto him that was able to save him from death, and was heard in that he feared; Though he were a Son, yet learned he obedience by the things which he suffered; And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him.” (Hebrews 5:6-9)
The question now is: how can Jesus save others though he could not save himself and disliked death which allegedly will lead to the salvation of mankind?
If somebody wonders: but Jesus is described as “Savior” more than once in the New Testament, what can you say about that?
We argue that Jesus’ description as “Savior” is a metaphorical one and several persons were given this description prior to Jesus. Thus, he is not the only one who is so described. The Old Testament abounds in people described as Saviors.
For example, we read: “The People of Israel cried out to GOD and GOD raised up a savior who rescued them: Caleb’s nephew Othniel, son of his younger brother Kenaz. The Spirit of GOD came on him and he rallied Israel. He went out to war and GOD gave him Cushan-Rishathaim king of Aram Naharaim.” (Judges 3:9-10)
“Then the people of Israel cried out to the LORD for help. The LORD sent a savior to rescue them. It was Ehud, a left-handed man from the tribe of Benjamin. (Ehud was the son of Gera.) The people sent him with their tax payment to King Eglon of Moab.” (Judges 3:15)
“After Ehud came Shamgar son of Anath, who struck down six hundred Philistines with an oxgoad. He too saved Israel.” (Judges 3:31)
As for the nature of the salvation which Jesus brought, it is based on belief in God and His prophet Jesus. That is the real salvation according to the New Testament itself. More than once, Jesus said in the New Testament that salvation lies in faith.
For example, we read: “Jesus said to the woman, ‘Your faith has saved you; go in peace.’" (Luke 7:50). We also read: “And he said to him, ‘Arise; go. Your faith has saved you.’” (Luke 17:19) We further read: “For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God.” (Ephesians 2:8)
The New Testament also tells us that salvation is inherent in believing in and acting according to the Gospel. We read: “Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved.” (1 Corinthians 15:1-2)
The New Testament informs us that good deeds are necessary for salvation and that mere faith is not enough for salvation. We read: “What good is it, my brothers and sisters, if someone claims to have faith but has no deeds? Can such faith save them?” (James 2:14)
It is curious that the New Testament involves such verses which simplify the concept of salvation and render it palatable and acceptable in the sight of all mankind.
The New Testament indicates that whoever turns a sinner from the error of their way will save them from death and conceal a multitude of sins. Any such salvation can be brought by Jesus and other righteous human beings.
We read: “Remember this: Whoever turns a sinner from the error of their way will save them from death and cover over a multitude of sins.” (James 5:20)
It is more curious that the New Testament makes a way out of the original sin even for Eve and her female offspring through childbearing and continuation in faith and love.
We read: “And Adam was not the one deceived; it was the woman who was deceived and became a sinner. But women will be saved through childbearing-if they continue in faith, love and holiness with propriety.” (1 Timothy 2:14-15)
To conclude, God is the real Savior. Jesus is not the Savior literally but metaphorically. Jesus is not the only one described as “Savior” in the Bible. Salvation is not attained through the blood of Jesus or anyone else but through belief in God as well as His prophets and scriptures and good deeds. Jesus was only a means of salvation.

I consecrated myself to Mama Mary on the Feast of Our Lady of Lourdes almost by accident! By the time I decided to consecrate myself to her, the next feast day (~40days later) was the Feast of Our Lady of Lourdes and St. Bernadette is my confirmation saint! She has given me so many graces since then and even before, I can't believe what life has become. Still healing from past wounds, but Our Lady and Our Lord never let me forget that they are here for me.

When I first began to follow Jesus, I could feel many presences and they told me they were Apostle Paul and others. I used to ask them for help and speak to them. I was able to even do miracles (a man was healed). My life totally changed for the better. I even enquired about becoming a nun. However, the more I read the Bible, the more this didn't match what I was reading. For 1 year, I prayed every day that God would remove anything not of Him. I laid all my experiences and former teaching and my opinions on the altar. It was very difficult. God finally answered and showed me what I had been speaking to - they were demons masquerading as deceased saints and family members, and the intent was to slowly introduce another Gospel. They were fine with my life improving as long as I was led away from the Biblical Gospel and Jesus Christ. Doing miracles don't guarantee salvation (Matt 7). Feeling peace doesn't guarantee salvation. Life improvements don't guarantee salvation. Only placing your hope in the sacrifice of Jesus Christ and giving yourself to Him guarantees salvation. Jesus Christ Himself is our high priest (Hebrews) - not any saint or other human being, regardless of how much grace they received.

I’m a born and raised Catholic turning 30 this year and it is the first time I’ve heard of the consecration to Mary. Earlier this year I was saying the Hail Mary in bed one night and I had a vivid feeling that the holy mother placed her ear upon my chest as if she was listening to my heart. I feel like that sensation was a sign that she knew my heart was ready to go all in with this before I did.

Thank you for this guys! Now everything makes sense. The suffering, etc. I went to confession, was told ‘y’ for penance. So I asked for more penance, and told to do the rosary daily. Before I did not feel a bond with our Holy Blessed Mother. As that Bond and Adoration grew, so did my love for her and her endless love for me, grew. Something beautiful manifested, as I first meditated the different mysteries, each day 2-3 at first. Our Lady of Fatima, which was introduced to me, healed me in so many ways. It’s guided me spiritually, along with the Holy Spirit, which I discovered during Pope Francis’: World Meeting of Families. It took the 2nd pilgrims and going by myself to ignite the Holy Spirit within me. But bonding with Our Blessed Mother, has filled a void in my hurt that I didn’t know I longed for. It unblinded me, with her wisdom, love, compassion, humility, and making me much closer to our Savior Jesus. Amen 🙏🏼. So now I see a lot of things more clearer in. A different perspective, and acknowledge our Blessed Mother as a Holy Figure, and what she had to endure, and go through. It made traits I already had, amplify; but to forgive and be conscious of others and their feelings. So it’s a very strong bond. And even though I pray and mediate on the Blessed rosary every day, we are still going to have hurdles and obstacle to discourage us and make us sin, but me, I don’t, nor try to give the underworld angel of darkness the pleasure to smile. For everything is Gods hand and is his will, if things change course; I like to thinks certain things my not happen bc it maybe his way of telling no, or not this way, look for other resources. Nevertheless, thank you God, Thanks for giving such Holy woman and Mother to turn to, the confort of knowing she’s looking after us, her children... no matter what. So let’s be forever mindful of what she represents and her holiness. May she whisper to our Guardian angel, and to the angels that walk among us, like u and I. Amen 🙏🏼📿🤗🥺🥰😘🧘🏻‍♂️

Last few weeks, I have been hearing about consecration. This week I looked into consecrating to Jesus through Mary. Today, this. I think God is telling me something so I bought both books and will start my 33 days :) Thank you guys!

I also consecrated myself to the Virgin Mary by the method of Saint Louis Grignon of Montfort, but the preparation for it was for 9 months, like a real pregnancy, and now I'm called to serve in the community that does the preparation in my country Colombia, the best decision I have ever made!

I did the 33-day consecration as "inspired" by St. Louis Marie de Monfort; started on the 6th Nov, and finished on 8th Dec - Immaculate Conception. It was tough because of my life-work daily grind, but i persevered, and i'm glad i did it. I like that on the 33rd day, one has to sign one's name - it's an accountability factor - which is always good. I'm not perfect yet, and still clueless as to how i could be in this kind of work - evangelising / or catechism ... so i go with the flow knowing that Mother Mary has my protection and guidance. Thank you ADMG.

Mary is not omnipresent therefore she not only does not hear your prayers but it's blasphemous to pray to her!! I am the way, truth, life.. Jesus said.
      Wake up catholics!

Hello and thank you. I was just consecrated to mother Mary on the feast of Guadalupes and it was amazing! I felt her presence all day. I was full of emotions. We had the mariachi at my church and it was amazing. The spanish version is from Lazos de Amor Mariano, which is an amazing app and set of videos on YT teaching about the faith. Highly recomend it.

I'm doing the consecration right now for the second time. Both times I have struggled with the whole idea so much intellectually but both times the Holy Spirit has done so many incredible things to encourage me to do it. This video helped me to see it in a light that hits home a lot more especially as I experience a lot of spiritual attack in ministry. Thank you so much.

Maria Lang have you read de Montfort’s True Devotion? He explains it quite thoroughly.

Mary is such a watchful and ever present mother!! I wanted to cosecrate myself to Mary on the feast day of Our Lady of Guadalupe, because she is the Queen of my home country, Mexico. And my good friend, who encouraged me for a year to do the consecration, sent me a pdf version of the Louis de Montford one and paid for and clasped my chain for me! He was such a big help and support for accountability and understanding consecration. And on December 12 I learned that he had also consecrated himself on the same feast day last year! So we consecrated ourselves to Mary together, and we now share that anniversary as little slaves to Mary. :)

I always saw people at my church wearing the same chain and it confused me for a while but whenever I noticed them wearing it I wasnt necessarily in a place to ask why they were but I ended up hearing about it somehow and I did some research and thought it was really cool. Unfortunately since we are in quarantine I couldnt go to a priest or someone else with more information on it to ask how I could do it BUT THEN this video came onto my feed and they mentioned the 33 days to morning glory which I believe I got on my confirmation retreat and just kinda threw in my closet for a while and now I can actually do the devotion.

I’ve been doing the version according to St. DeMontfort. With the Rosary in week two (at fifteen decades) puts me at almost two hours a night. I never thought I could hear two hours of continuous prayer, much less enjoy it!
