v8 Miata gets a TKO dogbox Transmission

Sorry for the extra long video, Today we're installing a tko600 dogbox in the Poor Cobra and modifying it to work with the Miata Hydraulic clutch system. It's a super tight fit!

3650 is what came in the later mustangs. Completely different transmission. Has an integrated bellhousing like a t45

my mistake, i saw a side by side comparison of a very similar transmission out of an 04 Mustang, wish i could find what i saw.

The 3550 was only factory offered in the 1995 Cobra R with the 5.8L. It was not a direct fit as it has the 79-93 input shaft length.
