I would like to hear more about these neighborhoods in Kigali. The neighborhood I ended up in was not bad but not the best and was definitely not the friendliest! I don't feel like I really saw Kigali, the door was not open to me. I only peeped thru the keyhole! But I know who to speak with on my next trip.

Your advice to come for more than 3mos is challenging especially for those people who are still working, then retirees would still find it challenging, one person mentioned a concern that the language is difficult to learn, and lastly land dispute may happeni in the future once the current president is nolonget in office.

If you are still working. Decide to visit a couple times before moving. Challenges are everywhere, evaluate and make your choice.
