i see alot of people in the comments of these interviews that dont know the real history of who pretty ken is .. knowing the history its refreshing to get these interviews .. keep this going homie u got something going here ... this is dope this is educational .. one dude said toomp is onlly popular cause of TIP .. damn he dont know Atlanta history .. PK keep dis going homie i appreciate this
We live in the era where it’s “Get out ya feelings and get in the BAG” What matter THEN don’t matter now! It’s ALL about the MONEY! We done got too far from what matter. Lil Wayne had quality and quantity but QUANTITY was what they picked up on
I loved it! Im dealing with the very thing right now with my son. He went to music engineering school, and now he just wants to be a "Star" i keep telling him he is not going to be a star over night. I wish you could mentor some of these boys and let them know the process...Great show class mate!
Every time one of these videos end I’m like hold up, it said 30 minutes. These conversations are so organic and real it seems like only a few minutes went by. Dope show.
“Money is not power....power is influence. So they give you money for yo power. They buying the power from you which is yo influence” Some of realest game you will ever hear in 2020. The artist from the 80’s and 90’s understood that well. These folks now don’t care anything about influence, they just want that bag 💔🤦🏾♂️
Great conversation, by seemingly good Brothas, because I don’t know y’all personally. It’s always good to have good solid conversations amongst each other. #KeepPushing
PK. Salute brotha. I got something BIG coming out of N.C. I was on the verge of blowing in the A , right in Clarkston "CKT" , came home and caught a charge .. I would really appreciate a chop session if your time permits. Salute my guy!!
I like the interviews but I’m confused. He says André isn’t a star, but then he says he told André to stop taking pics with everybody to keep his mystique. The interviews are dope, but that is a bit contradictory.
MAGORDON35 Have you ever had a chance to speak with him? I spoke with him about 20 minutes one day. Never once was he arrogant...Never once did he say I don’t want to talk about that nor I ain’t got time. Trust me...That Brother is very much so a Star! He just likes to feel normal. He isn’t a fan of from time to time and doesn’t liked being in swarms of fake ass people showing fake love just to sell a record that he’s getting change from every copy he sells. He’s a thorough dude, my guy! Very thorough!
I agree. Transparency is the new influence. Drake is still mysterious and doesn't display his life, but even Jay-z, andre, beyonce, and Michael Jackson coming up had to do every interview, get on every show, and feature with tons of people. It's what all stars have to do.
Not sure why it’s an issue with this younger generation of music. In the 90’s when artist came up or tried to come up in Atlanta, it was and still is all PAYOLA! The radio stations to the strip clubs all in bed together and we know it! Back in the day, y’all promoted weed, crack, adultery and killing with some of the artist y’all signed/promoted/represented and to hear y’all down this younger generation sounds hypocritical. Get over it bro’s, y’all getting old along with myself. Teach these young dudes how to do what you know and humble yourself to learn how to do things easier from them. Smh! Sounds bitter 😤
Go back listen again without being emotional. They are referring to the quality and longevity of artist. Its completely microwaved and even the young listeners aren't listening to the albums after a year.
Dope interview. Toomp still one of my favorite producers out the A.

Kevin Prater musically he’s a star, but personality wise, he’s not
