Great idea by it being 24/7 server. I highly suggest you make it a requirement that members leave a log of what they've done when they log off. That way you know what's been happening since you last logged on and makes it easier to make content. Like you can do an intro showing an update on the farm since you last recorded, you'll know whats been done. Instead of guessing "oh, we're £300,000 more in the bank, how did that happen?"
Somehow I've missed his old videos of this sort of everybody can join in gameplay (despite watching his videos for a few years now😅) how often do people just mess around and cause chaos? Something you may find interesting, I use both bale spears and pallet forks for bales. When we're loading in the field and unloading the trailers we use bale spears because they slide in and out of bales much easier (We run round bales). However in the winter, when I feed with the skid-steer, I feed with pallet forks because after the bales have been piled up or rowed up for a while, I can manage to stab the pallet forks in and I'll feed with them so that if I get stuck in the snow I can push myself out because pallet forks are tough enough for that. Bale spears aren't. Thought you might find that tid-bit interesting

I’ve still got an active game going on Calmsden in FS22. I made it a goal to by every field and it is a massive job keeping up with everything, but no unlike a real farmer. I did adjust the cow barn to support 250 cows, so essentially it became a dairy farm as everything revolves around the cows. This is the perfect map, bigger but not huge fields. With CP and AD, I often have this game going all day. So you idea of setting up a 16 slot server is awesome, there is no way you could fit all of this into a 30-40 min video. It’s on my bucket list to visit Calmsden in RL.
Man, Calmsden just never stops being pretty and homely, Oxy is brilliant ❤ i would happily take some work off your hands in MP whenever i have some free time, fields are a nice size for MP work too, the scaling feels much better in 25! Edit: i hate strobe beacons, oldschool ones are so much better. Sennebogen is german so i think it would be pronounced Sen-nuh-boh-gen!
Instead of setting an offset when using the windrower you can just increase the working width to 18m, it should follow the combine course then as your trying to pull 2 rows in to 1
It's a very beautiful map, I did a walking tour video on it in FS22 some time ago now. Just a peaceful hike around the map, immersing myself in it, taking in the sights and sounds. I've been looking forward to this map for a long time.
I remember calmsden farm from FS 19 FS 22 I do remember watching your older series off calmsden farm on FS 22 it’s a very good map bye oxygen David he really does a good job with FS Firstly I’m going to be open and honest with you daggerwin I am on the same page as you I prefer rotating beacons flashing lights they are so much better I think you need a bigger combine header for your claas combine 25 foot or 30 foot as calmsden farm has huge fields and a 30 foot header would seem where you need to be there I like the new telehandler it’s always nice to try out new machines and equipment and I do prefer quadrant balers as well over round balers the John Deere 7R will be around 300hp I think so it will be the perfect arable tractor for cultivation work and baling This farm seems very fitting also for a case quadtrac and a fastrac it’s a brilliant map and decent sized fields I’m going to enjoy this new series and I can definitely see this series going on for 100 plus episodes easy ❤️👍
I had my first experience of CF this week in FS22 it’s a beautiful map and so interactive, as soon as it’s released on FS25 I will be upgrading to FS25

Scroft did the testing and starter equipment selection.. He's also doing a play through with another custom shed layout which models the current real farm layout.
As much as I like the idea of this being mp series, I would prefer it to be singleplayer and this to be the first map in a long list that you do in the same style as you used to do in fs15 and 17 etc since when you did this map in 22 you did it as an mp one and I think it would be more interesting to do an mp series on a big US or Australian map or something as that type of map wouldn't be suited to singleplayer as much so still allows you to try out those maps while doing the smaller maps as singlepalyer. Just my opinion, totally up to you
Not sure if this is true in 25, but in 22, every time you swath anything, you lose some. Also, compaction in 25 will lower the amount you get as well, so try to never run it over
About beacons, can't stand them when they are not needed, example going down the road with a tractor and it's no wider than the leagel with of 2,55m. On a big combine it's fine. But not the modern horrible disco light. Old style rotating with a bulb... My take on them. btw, could you make a series rule that your not allowed to buy any MF equipment to actually expand what's out there.
very jealous that content creators get early access to these maps while us genuine players that buy the game are stuck with the boring base game maps and many people have actually walked away from this game because they're sick of waiting, and waiting for the bugs to be fixed, however I'm jealous but I will wait. It's worth waiting for. Enjoy the map buddy.
For one thing, Dagger's just as "Genuine" a player as any of us. He also bought FS25. Also, this map is a mod, made by a modder. Not an early access to a DLC map, or game update, or anything Giants related. It'll be just as free for us to use as it is for Dagger to use. He just gets it a bit early to show it off before it hits modhub. Partly because there's no telling how long it'll sit on Giants' "To be reviewed" pile after the map is submitted to Modhub, before it goes public. So David just gave it to Dagger directly to get the series started.

I’ve still got an active game going on Calmsden in FS22. I made it a goal to by every field and it is a massive job keeping up with everything, but no unlike a real farmer. I did adjust the cow barn to support 250 cows, so essentially it became a dairy farm as everything revolves around the cows. This is the perfect map, bigger but not huge fields. With CP and AD, I often have this game going all day. So you idea of setting up a 16 slot server is awesome, there is no way you could fit all of this into a 30-40 min video. It’s on my bucket list to visit Calmsden in RL.

Daggerwin get a larger combine, get butterfly mowers and start doing square silage balrs so you can get some stuff to sell for the winter.

The Sennebogen’s cab can be raised up for better visibility. Just hit X and the cab will raise and lower

the sennebogen telehandler has a liftable cab, you can operate it from the skies! :D

From what I understand Fendt tele handlers are built in the same factory as Sennbogen, hence why they are identical
I think you should a new Holland t7 good size tractor for the series, love the videos

You should have bought the fendt telehandler because it has a lifting cab that's why it costs more
