Both poster and acrylic colors work with water as medium. However acrylic paints give you more lustrous, bright looking painting as they're thick. Poster colors are generally recommended for students.

You can use various shades of green to make grass. Sap green always works out well. Use a thin round brush like 0/2 number aur you can also use small fan brush for getting multiple grass Blades simultaneously

You've to use varnish suitable for water colour. However water colour are best done on pressed papers

Somya this kind of cloth is either available in local market or online website. It comes in a roll like how they sell cloth in a shop.
