Remember that this time around the pump we had was not as big as other times. So the drop may not be as bad this time around too. Step 1, crush the "Centralized Exchanges" to create mistrust/doubt/losses/etc. Step 2 launch CBDC, Step 3 announce regulations on decentralized cryptos (to prevent adoption). I'm afraid it's naive to think that our US gov't will allow decentralized blockchain adoption to happen. To allow Bitcoin to have mass adoption is to; 1. weaken the USD Reserve currency and sanction power, 2. weaken the global trade liquidity (USD used for trade), 3. lose visibility into controlling ITAR/IP in the US from unfriendly countries, 4. lose visibility into Tax logistics, 5. lose control of manipulation of the economy and markets. This will NEVER happen IMO. Trust only US Treasuries and precious metals as we enter a global recession.
