Joanna’s (Elizabeth Hurley) plans for a quiet, cozy holiday season are shattered when her sisters call with the news that their dad, James (Kelsey Grammer), has been dumped by his fiancée and isn’t responding to any calls after disappearing to the tiny Caribbean island of Nevis. The sisters decide to go to the island to save their father and bring him home for Christmas. Upon their arrival, they discover that James is actually living his best life: hanging out at beach bars, playing music with his famous friend Jimmy, living in a charming resort, and doing yoga on the beach with a beautiful instructor. Will the sisters’ chaotic arrival shatter James’s newfound peace? Can the newly reconnected Christmas family survive a crazy Christmas?

No he didn't. He was in no way making an English accent. He was being his original character.

Casting is hysterically comical. Elizabeth Hurley is like five years younger than Kelsey Grammer and playing his daughter😂 Who does she think she’s kidding?
John Mahoney was 15 years older than Kelsey when he played Frasier's dad -.-

It's actually a very touching movie. It was very depressing for Christmas though. The acting isn't good. I only watched it for Kelsey. His performance of course was stellar from start to finish. They showed the best parts on the trailer. The movie is nothing like it. Kelsey is an American. His daughters are English. Weird. Was it because they wanted to fit Hurley in a role? In real life, she's almost 60 and Kelsey is 67. She plays his daughter. Again, weird. The church scene was awkward. The pastor says, "We're all a product of a mother and a father." How uncomfortable for one of the daughters who's sitting there as a lesbian! It's just weird. The entire movie. This isn't a spoiler alert. The ending is SO stupid. lol.

This movie was a little silly. At age 58, Elizabeth Hurley has just had a baby. Billy Ray Cyrus wanders the island with his guitar constantly in tow. He sings to accompaniment that doesn’t exist. As much as I like Kelsey Grammar I would give this movie a pass.
Predictable , corny crap of a movie. Only good was to see how Elizabeth Hurley has turned so beautiful… having money helps but she still has a lot of sex appeal
This somehow looks significantly more cringe and with worse acting then the majority of made for tv trash.. That's tough to do but somehow they pulled out the impossible! Budget was so low they had to use an expired flea market hair dye for poor Billy's beard. Sad, just sad...
