- Alrighty guys! These are my tips for crystal beginners! I think this video is a great place to start when you are fresh and new to the crystal journey. I remember when I first started collecting crystals and learning about crystal energy, I was so so hungry for knowledge and just wanted some honest advice for my crystal journey. I went ahead and made a list of my top 10 tips for crystal beginners. Through out this video I touch on topics I have covered in previous videos so if this is your first time watching a video of mine it can act as a beginners guide to crystals. There is a lot of topics I touch upon so definitely take your time, watch the video and then my advice would be to take a look at my "crystal beginners" playlist, I will link it below!

When I first began collecting crystals I thought it was a good idea to get a subscription box (I did a 6 month subscription). Well after the first box, I realized that I really needed to choose my own crystals!! I also have learned that I’m never completely happy with crystals that I have bought online which are “intuitively” or randomly chosen for me 😮. I hope this helps ❤. I am so glad I found your channel because I am now beginning to learn to work with my beautiful crystals ✨Thank you!
i love the tip on doing multiple forms of research on the same topic, super important reminder in life.
that aside, i know crystals have a voice, and one thing i always fantasize about is wishing so hard that we would have the ability to allow crystals to be heard audibly and have conversations with them. i know it sounds a bit goofy but i know they would have so much to say lol

Hey Courtney!! You are so right about finding someone you vibe with when it comes to crystals and learning! I def love that I found your channel and that I’ve been able to learn from u, little by little. A tip I would share is to certainly do research and find channel such as yours so that, if someone is new to crystals, that person can get all the info needed. And also like u said, start small with a crystal that you feel drawn too :)

Just started my journey and I’m so glad I found you! Love your vibe! I was wondering what crystals book you like and recommend?
YAY! That is so exciting!! I should def make a video soon talking about my fav crystal books!! Personally I believe "the pocket book of stones" by Robert Simmons is wonderful for learning about the metaphysics right when your getting started. Another fun book that is really wonderful is "The Crystal Companion" by Judy Hall :)

I couldn't agree more on your tips, I just purchased small at first to see what fits and now I'm going a bit bigger and I'm using the tiny ones for grids 😂
My biggest tip would be to do the research indeed but at the end of the day what a crystal does for you might be very personal and different from what it's common known for. For example I met people that get insomnia from amethyst (a stone recommended for sleep), my bf got liver pain from bloodstone and I get really tense with clear quartz, so i have to watch my mood when wearing/holding that one 👀.

I think the most important thing with crystals is to cleanse, charge and put your intention into the crystal. I did not know this until later on.

I have a problem about charging my crystals during full moon, I don't know if someone has the same problem, I have more than 200 crystals and for me that's so so hard to put them all together at the full moon because each crystal has a name on a collection furniture and i dont feel like I want to mix them up because Its so difficult to identify them after, because I put them on a trade and I leave them outside with direct full moon and I have to mix them together, another thing I always pick my favourites, but I feel like I rejecting the other ones, hahaha I feel like I want to treat every one equal hahaha maybe I'm getting too crazy about it. so I decided only charge the only one I worked on that month , or I end up charging only selenite and dark crystals because I feel those ones are the ones that absove more negative energy. I just wanna treat every single crystal the same way and I feel like im cheating them. OMG cheers!
haha I totally know what you mean! I think charging in batches is the best bet when your collection becomes so big, but I totally know what you mean with feeling like your neglecting some bc you want them all to have a nice charge! lol

I’ve become fascinated recently and started by purchasing smaller size crystals, the raw form calls out to me more but I’m open for polished ones too and hopefully build up my collection. My start journey is a slow burn as there’s much for me too learn with the likes of chakra and cleansing. No doubt it will require patience in the process. I hope to remain committing as I can be. I’ve never noticed a crystal store near me but I’m gonna certainly look it up. I noticed your pendant/necklace, is that tourmaline?
yes it is a black tourmaline, I just got it and have been experimenting wearing it, I really dig it. Yes that is a good mindset to have though I will say slow and steady you will really hone in to the crystal energy by taking it slow and learning everyday, it is such an amazing ride with what you are learning and then seeing things unfold in your life, I am very excited for you :)

I’m only a few months in and I feel like I’m being sucked right in. Like I dream about them, some like labradorite, i can really feel the pull. With Labradorite I can feel it smile or talk (cant explain but i feel it in my heart), Amethyst seemed to show up in my dream though I was not working with it, and since yesterday I decided to start and today I feel something I cant define. Like I am getting to know it. So its weird how I feel some in a very personal way. That fascinates me. But I see them as a physical reminder of my goals and intentions. Like I can tell them my dreams and then they remind me. I only started this year, so I am super curious. I already have about 20 pieces if not more, I think. My collection seems to keep growing. But 1 I miss working with is Smoky Quartz. I kept it in my car when I purchased my car, and now I miss that piece. Don’t want to remove it from the car, and yet I want to keep it with me. Lol. Ordered some more so hopefully, I will be just as drawn to the others and wont miss that one lol.
It sounds like your crystal resonance is growing strong!! You are sensing your crystals more and those are all wonderful signs you are having!! I totally understand with missing the stone in your car, I have a rotation of stones that I keep in my car and something I want to work with them so I will take them out and remember to keep them next to my purse so I put it back in my car lol
I recently purchased lemurian quartz and I can’t seem to find any information about it, would you know anything about it?
I actually have a piece in my collection! I will def make a note to add it to my content schedule because I feel like it has been growing in popularity recently!! For the jist, lemurian helps you decode what the crystal has been programmed to tell you. It is actually a really trippy concept..basically in meditation with the crystal you hold the crystal, the ridges the go up along the crystal are where you can push your thumb to and try to access the information. I have done this only 2 times and both meditations brought me to the sea which was funny because that is the origin of the lemurian story :)
Hi There, can you tell me why I go to my local crystal shop. I go to the crystal corner and my head pounds and when I leave the shop I'm fine again. Why is this?
It sounds like you are sensitive to crystal energy, this is something that is very common with people, you may need to acclimate to the energy. I would take things a little slow with crystals, you may need to meditate with them first so you are used to their energy before being exposed to a show full of crystals. If a friend can get you a crystal or if you already have some try to mediate with the stone a few days before going to the shop and see if it makes a difference, i hope this helps!

You are mispronouncing CHAKRAA . It cannot be pronounced as shakra. Meaning of a Chakraa is literally" Round " 7 rounds are centers from which energy radiates to other Chakraas or passes through to reach the whole body.
Learn the meaning of Chakraa names.
