The Psycho-spinner arc was always a questionable one. Even ignoring the whole debate on whether or not telekinesis is a legal method of acceleration, he vowed to destroy the damn thing so many times- and the moment he does, like 5 people suddenly turn up with their own psycho-spinners. There's a whole series of episodes that serve to do nothing but kick the crap out of the protagonist and setup grudge matches for the world title arc (Spoilers) which he totally trivializes using the Tornada Plus he got from combing the fragments of the ancient spinner LOOM with the professors unfinished COUNTER-SPIN 2. Still, I've seen worse trailers for live action adaptations.
Sounds pretty interesting. Anymore arcs or plot details you could say about?
Well, in the pilot, they foreshadowed the existence of Vortex Dark and his plan to use the rising levels of SPIN ENERGY around the globe break open the Ancient Gate.
But, then, they just sort of, forgot all about it. Then, 3 seasons later, the MC just finished up the Australian regional championships by finally learning how to surfspin like the night before the event- and Vortex Dark appears just, out of nowhere, steals the trophy and declares that his plan is basically complete. The season ends on that cliffhanger- but then, the moment the next season starts, it just backpedals and suddenly, there's the seven dark Spinmasters who're each serving to channel the worlds SPIN ENERGY into their BlackDisk's.
Why Vortex, needed the trophy, or even bothered to turn up and monologue is basically forgotten as the team goes on a road-trip to defeat the champions on each continent.
I'd rather not spoiler the result, because, there was some actual tension during the latter part of that arc.

So basically, the anime's just bouncing around from one arc and main threat to the next, with only one thing in common: the world's always in danger. Is that abut right?
On a side note, can you tell me more about the Tornada Plus, Counter-Spin 2, and the BlackDisks? I'm interested in learning more about the lore of the spinners themselves.

Shitty adaptation tbh. They skipped a bunch of important dialogue AND skipped the training arc. This adaptation skipped hundreds of development in chapters just so they can fit everything in a season. Its a rushed adaptation and its sad to see a good series end up like this

Aerith Hyacinth it was a 12 episode adaptation, they needed to cut a lot of story to sell more spinners. But i still hope they'll get a season 2 with the world spinner cup arc.
I'm just hyped for the next season. They leaked in just an hour ago and the title of it is AFS: Fallen Bearings! Supposedly, it's going to follow the aftermath of the secret power the main character just released. Which is called Ultimates, the one he released was Dragon Strike.

The voice actor is quite disappointing.
First let me start by saying the dub was shit vary cookie cutter and bland story and left out 2 light novels worth of story plus the sub was full of spelling errors and simple mistakes with writing that had no flow and was just over all sloppy with a 6/10 manga adaptation that was still better then this load of horse shit disappointing considered the source material was amazing 2/10

Eh, the manga was better. The anime rushed the story way too much, and they totally skipped the Fidget Cube Arc just so they could get to the ending faster, which was a horrible idea since that's the arc with the most character development. At least the soundtrack was good, though.

You guys are totally missing the point here. CLEARLY the movie triology was better. It had much more action, story, and even the "cash me outside" girl made a cameo. Not to mention how the movies were the thing that stirred up its reputation as a artwork masterpiece. The light novel is crap, because it has words and no one likes to watch words.

Every single character is a one dimensional cliche, all the character lines so cheesy, layering it suuuuuuuuppper thick with the whole "power of friendship" message, and that Bull guy.... his voice is like nails on chalkboard.
