Just bought this game (2 days ago if i remember correctly). In the time i got out of the prision and struggled to farm that mk2 armor near the first med bay he would finish the game 3 times LOL.

First one wasn’t bad, just mediocre. Interesting concepts. This one improved on everything and is actually a really enjoyable Souls-like. The level design is top-notch and the game systems are really cool (like how you get loot by severing body parts with the armor/weapon you want, etc). It’s worth a try if you like the Souls series for sure.
@@gamingmedley6619 It wasn't even mediocre... when it came to weapons, bosses, attack comboes and animations, etc... it was on par with most of the DS games. The only real downsides was no MP, and the weird jump/dodge system because I never properly learned it. But the level design, boss design, etc was always good.
It just occured to me that matriarch celeste, reminds me of the queen from immortal unchained, iirc she had the biomechanical arms as well, but not too sure only seen somebody else play it, probably lobos jr.

RTA from what I understand is the oppisite of tool assisted. TAS is a player recording actions on a frame by frame basis allowing for insane reactions otherwise not possible. On the other hand RTA speedruns are all done in real time.

I wasted 2 hours on the area after prison just grinding scrap to only realize that all the armor i got was complete trash

The Surge wasn't bad. The only real downside to it was no multiplayer.

The Surge was one of my favorite games...
Wowsy, my first run took me like 30 hours, now I can beat the game in 2, but doing it in hardly over one is absolutely insane

No it pretty good. Gameplay improved allot. Story is boring
2nd game is just as good as the 2nd one but the story of the first really draws you in while this one leaves you wanting more.
