This restaurant is located in an alley in the middle of Montorgueil Street.
"AUX BONS CRUS" in the 11th arrondissement shot in the previous video will be in the same series.
The clerk is friendly with each other here, and they work happily, which also makes me feel at ease with the atmosphere.
There are other delicious truffle croque monsieur shops, but the cheese was rather delicious.
This time, I thought that if you want to taste the truffles, this one will be better off.

うっすらピンクに染まった夕焼けのパリ、飛行機雲となんて素敵💞な光景なんでしょう！パリはどこを切り取っても一枚の絵になり、街自体が芸術作品で、みててうっとりとても癒されますね😊💗
アールヌーボーの建築が美しく、またモチーフも可愛らしく、歴史を感じる街並みが大好きです。時々見えるレトロな店構えも私もエミリーさんと同じく大好きです😊✌️
レストランの店内や雰囲気がまたとても素敵💞ですね！
エンダイブというキク科の野菜はもちろん食べた事ないですが、それがラードンの油と一緒になりどんなお味か、美味しいのか？気になりました（笑）トリュフのクロックムッシュも気になり美味しそうでした😋玉ねぎがのったお肉は間違いないですね😋またデザートのプロフィットロールがほんと美味しそう😋でした！ご主人さまよっぽど好きなのか、[う〜〜ん美味しい！冷た〜い]とほんとわかりやすく素直に声にだして（笑）子供のように喜んでる嬉しそうなご主人の笑顔😃が浮かびました！マロンクリームも美味しそう😋最近私はマロンケーキにはまり食べてま〜す😊

最近はいろんな年代の人物が書いたパリの滞在記みたいな本を読むのにはまってます🎵
その当時とは変化してしまっても今もずっと変わらず残っている建物やカフェなどの記述があるとなんだか嬉しくなるんです。
私が今見ている景色もこの先変化していく部分もあると思うのでしっかり動画に残して後でも楽しめればいいなって思ってます😊
夫は毎回同じデザート、プロフィットロールかムースオショコラを選ぶのでたまには違うのを選んだら？と提案してもチョコレートがいい！と聞かないんですよねぇ💦
私はその時の気分でいろんなものを食べたい派です。

ビストロとブラッスリーの区別がつきませんが、今回はビストロだったんですね。お通しがいいですね。以前も蕪に発酵バターって言うのもありましたね。お店の心意気が伝わります。

ブラッスリーは「ビール醸造所」を意味するんだそうです。なので食べ物はビールのお供程度でそちらに重きを持ってなかったんじゃないでしょうか。
ビストロとレストランはどうだったかな…
お店の方に時々お尋ねするんですけど、今では曖昧になっているそうです。
昔は無料のお通しがどこもあったらしく、今でもこのようなサービスを行っている方が珍しいと思いました。
クロックムッシュはトリュフが家庭では真似出来ない部分だし、やっぱりプロの腕がものすごく表れる料理ですね、食感や焼き加減など素晴らしかったです😋💕

Paris is not france
Paris is a wonderful city worth to visit - beautiful in all aspects : architecture, monuments, cathedrals , the river banks, the city boulevards and cafe, its authentic fine cuisine and pastries, its people - to name a few. But nowadays, you get to be at the right place, influx of immigrants from different cultures who don't adjust to the new culture , the ghettos etc.. had taken away a lot of its charm. Still Paris is a must , a place to visit absolutely once in your lifetime.
Always wonderful! We live vicariously through you until we are able to return to Paris.

本当、アレクサンドル三世橋は豪華で美しいですよね✨街灯まで豪華でどこまでもデコラティブです。
食べ物を選ぶのって好みが偏ってますね💦夫はステーキとチョコ系デザートを選びがちだし私はマロンを使ったものが好きです。
ステーキはたいていのビストロやレストランで置いてある定番メニューですね。

私はハーブが大好きなんで南仏行った時はアゲアゲ😆でした。(しかし、東洋医学の漢方はアレルギーが何故？か、出るのでダメです)

As we like to enjoy the restaurants we go to, we don't look at the prices too much but the average is between 25-30euros/person I think and without drinks 😌
