I haven't really made a rogue farmer myself. I think stats nowadays are dependent on your gear, so I can't recommend specific stats for a farming rogue.

So easy that's the easiest quest on all 4rth class
I haven't tried all of them yet, but so far, this is the easiest one compared to the others I've done before.

for the fourth jobs? ranger to wind hawk would be my answer. the quest is just too long and repetitive XD
