why is why public tv ratings have plummeted to super low levels. nothing on public tv anymore. even family guy has been tamed down too much to the point where its unwatchable.
That wouldn't protect from blatant negligence or incompetence. This is a case where the hospital would settle quickly and quietly. Surgical hospitals rely on their reputation, and if you get the reputation for wrong site surgeries, it's bad for business. Funny episode though.

Thinking of this episode, helped me get past my first ever major surgery (putting pins, and screws in my left ankle, broke both bones). I got through the procedure just fine.
