Please do rain with Janet super you won’t be disappointed. You get side switch combos. Whirlpool set up (if done right) and every touch you get it’s high/good damage. 35-50%

@@nmbr4lizard524 I’m looking at the move list and I don’t really know what it means, it says that the rain god (down down up) cancelable from the charged water beam however there is also a water beam cancel below it that is when you press forward forward or back back

If I played this game I don't think I'd use any other costume other than their classic UMK3/Trilogy. The ninjas look so good in them.

Mk3 ninjas were my personal favorite but it's still clean af. My favorite rain outfit was actually the MKX Rain but he was sadly never playable. Second favorite would probably be weirdly enough the mk Armageddon outfit. Mk 1 I still really appreciate to give him some more personality rather than living in the shadow of the other ninjas before him.

Question…is Rain that hard to use? Because normally I know how to play with Geras, Kung Lao, Havik and Raiden. Because I’m willing to move to learn how to play with other characters.
Rain needs some buffs, you're better off using ermac since they have very similar cancels. Rain is so cool to watch but his tools could be better
Rain (base roster no dlc) is I’d say one of the harder end character use in a sense of mind games. You have lots of options and that over head cancel grab is definitely crazy. Rain is crazy good very well rounded. Definitely not broken but not one to just say eh it’s a rain player. He’s super fun and good damage and the mind games you get are crazy good
How long did it really take for Rain to get his classic UMK3 costume?
Overall i'm not too bothered with the new timeline change, i love many of them (Baraka and Reptile especially), but Rain turning into.....this travesty of a "mage" is a horrible rendition of his character.
Baraka is an std instead of a proud warrior race of cool beings with built in blades now he's a waiting to eventually die and be written out of future games warrior who somehow still maintains his identity from the last timeline its nonsense

Rain main in mk1. Was waiting for super to do more rain content. Think this may have been his second/third time?
I think third due to one video where he was doing random character select. Rain is still a good fighter but I feel like NRS doesn't fully know what to do with him especially with the balancing. Armageddon he was a bit op, 9 he was weak, X as a NPC pretty good, 11 really terrible and in this one he seems to be decent to play well. Rain being a water mage student it kinda feels like a new beginning for him and hopefully he will being back as a normal ninja in the next game

The worst outfit in the game. Nothing says ninja like a big ass sorcerer staff. He should just have an AquaMan skin. I mean that's who he was supposed to be when this game was being developed as Injustice 3
