Who else is wanting to dive deeper into cold brew?
We’ve actually been thinking About this topic a lot these past few weeks and asking how and or what will we be doing in terms of roasting and cold brew extraction method as we will be opening up a cafe (roasting mainly for shop needs maybe some small batch retail) and a mobile coffee van… this was a really timely episode and informative… one brew method we’ve been looking into is the ground control cyclops. Check that bad boy out!

Loved this one! I'm always encouraged when I hear of a roaster making it while also holding a separate full time job. I'll be doing the same and I'm always wondering if that's even possible.
Hah I hear ya. Sometimes when I hear of people like Bert I’m I like, how do you fit it all in with kids, family and stuff… you can tell there is no TV time or video games for him though. Sounds like it 7 days a week for him to. I have been thinking a lot on this and realize I just need to prioritize much better than I do.
Nitro coffee tastes amazing if done right. Would love to see what those cans look like. Imagine Daysol Nitro Brew in the refrigerated isles in supermarkets!
