Metz Aerials has redefined the operational radius of aerial ladders, as with the L32 A-XS, a further development of the L32A with lowerable cage segment, the fire services can complete high-level rescues with even greater efficiency. With the XS, during operations they will be able to reach points that to date were even inaccessible using articulated aerial ladders. Above all, the latter demonstrated their major strengths at heights when recessed dormers, windows and balconies, as well as the parts of buildings facing away from a road, had to be reached.
