I managed to overcome my constant sickness and the occurrence of sleep paralysis, which happened to me more than ten times, by adopting certain habits:
• Spending at least 10 minutes when in bed about to sleep or writing down things I'm grateful for in my life.
• Engaging in Wim Hof exercises.
• Regularly reciting a prayer, specifically 'Saint Ignatius (Brianchaninov)' - 'To See One's Own Sin.'
And I gained profound insights and valuable information from engaging with the following content:
• Watching Street Fighter II V Episode 12: The Deadly Phantom Faceoff
• Watching the death of envy in Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood, you can watch the entire anime is very good
• Reading 'The Four Agreements' by Don Miguel Ruiz
• Reading 'Without Conscience' by Robert D. Hare
• Watching the documentary 'Inner Worlds, Outer Worlds - Akasha'
• Reading works by Hermes Trismegistus
• Exploring the wisdom of Lao Tzu
• Watching the presentation 'Spiritual Degeneracy and the Long Road Back from Clown World (via the Ascending Ages)' by A Dormant Dynasty
• Viewing 'The Hidden Meaning of the Lego Movie' presentation by The Dust of Nation Project
