Yeah there are. I talk about it in the video at the beginning that it is only minutes from Bagni di Lucca, one of the most famous spa towns in all of Europe. Literally just up the road!

This is a really nice house. I love the rustic look, and as you said the fact that is in perfect moving condition. How far away is it in relation to montepulciano and why are the owners selling it?
So it’s near Lucca which is two hours from Montepulchino. To get to this house maybe 2 1/2 hours without breaking any local driving laws…
They’ve had the house for about two decades. It’s a second home. Change is good! 😎

No but it wouldn’t take much to fence it so to the natural topography!

Exactly what I was thinking! Or sauna. Since the property looks to be in a bit of a bowl, probably gets cool/cold in the winter.
