They can live with that salary in Khalifa City but then it all depends on their needs and lifestyle (if they need to buy/rent a car, if they like to go out/dine out, if they have hobbies or sports activities...)
Is 37k AED a good salary for Program Manager(it) in ABUDHABHI? how much i can save if a rent a 2bhk and live a decent life with 2 day outdoor dining with family of 2 adult and 1 newborn? @
Difficult to say as companies don't publicly disclose such information. Maybe try to have a look on Glassdoor. You could also get in touch with people working there via Linkedin, or directly with the HR department of such companies. Good luck!
Short term rentals are almost exclusively Airbnb but you might be lucky by word of mouth. I suggest you post a request on Facebook expat groups. Someone might be able to help
Can you tell me a location or community in Abu Dhabi where I can get a 1bhk flat or studio room completely separate (kitchen, bathroom) within 1800 to 2000aed per month????

yes it's a good salary and you should be able to save. Then it's difficult to say how much but you should be ok
For program manager, salary is around 25k to 28k. Which company offers 37k 🤔

It will be enough to cover all the living expenses (rent, bills, groceries...). For the rest, it depends very much on your lifestyle
