Well, I don't play this game for over 3 years, so I don't recall what is the best/ultimate equipment. Even so, I just opened the game to see my equipment and I can tell ya I still have what I had before fighting Calasmos: Hero: Supreme Sword of Light +3; Hypernova Sword + 3; Erdwin's Coronet +3; Erdwin's Tunic +3; 2x Mighty Armlet +3; Veronica: Staff of Eternity +3; Crown of Eternity + 3; Gown of Eternity + 3; 2x Monarchic Mark + 3; Erik: Galaxarang + 3; Hunter's Moon + 3; Pirate King's Cap + 3; Pirate King's Coat +3; 2x Mighty Armlet + 3; Serena: Faerie King's Cane + 3; Sceptre of Time + 3; Serenica's Circlet + 3; Serenica's Surplice + 3; Elfin Charm + 3; Meteorite Bracer + 3; Jade: Split-Pot Poker + 3; Xenlon Hair Ring + 3; Xenlon Gown + 3; 2x Mighty Armlet + 3; Rab: Aurora Staff + 3; Apollo's Crown +3; Potentate's Pallium + 3; 2x Monarchic Mark +3; Hendrik: Brilliant Blade +3; Drustan's Armour + 3; Drustan's Armour +3; 2x Mighty Armlet +3; Sylvando: Uber Gringham Whip + 3; Tiara Tremendisima + 3; Gladder Raggs +3; 2x Mighty Armlet + 3; Since I am a completionist and a perfectionist, I know I always aim to get my characters as best as I can get, so I will assume this was, at least in my opinion at that time, the best gear possible for each character. Bruh u need to be level 99 with all characters and do all side quests buff ur characters/unlock hidden abilities and inly then u cab challenge him
I hate myself for making this fight harder. (I didn't use the sword of light as intended.)
lol. I didn't now that the Super Sword of Light can severely weakened Calasmos. I beat him the hard way. It took me about 1 hour to squash this bug.
I didn't use it in my first time either for the challenge, but my team was already max level, so it was not super hard :)
This true final boss is not easy you should kabuff be for you use the sword of light
Oh, but I just checked and I used it on the beginning. I know I have made this fight without using it and it gets better without it.
